After hanging for 4 days in a cool, dark closet I took 12.62 grams and put it in a jar to test it's humidity, a few hours later it sits at 62%.

If I have the energy after work tonight I'll cut up the rest and jar it and find out a final weight.

My beloved Zombie plant the Northern Lights has been jarred, she gave me 87.06 grams or 3.07 ounces.
20 grams will go to making cannabutter, the rest the wife and I will smoke and a few grams will go to a few friends for a smoke report.

If I remember correctly it was @Pennywise and another person who said to keep my twisted zombie because they usually will give you something and she did, its 3 ounces of one of my favorite smokes I wouldn't have had if I culled her.

The smoke report will follow in a few weeks.

So for cannabutter, I guess it doesn't have to be cured? I can just decarb it on Saturday and start the process of making cannabutter? I never made it before and am totally new to cooking with cannabis.

Looks fire wak!! I miss the northern lights. Congrats on the new light and harvest my Braddah. I never decarbed weed before making butter. That happens anyway the moment you add the dry weed to the butter too cook down. Edibles put me on my Hawaiian okole (ass)

Great job on the Zombie, might still have a bit of green taste to it if you don’t cure it. But it will still work fine.

I took 20 grams and some sugar leaf trim and made cannabutter.

Decarbed at 250 until golden brown.

2 cups of butter and 2 cups of water.

Simmered for 2.5 hours.

I kept the pulp to use in sauces, soups, to toss homemade croutons and for smoothies.

Drained the water this morning.

Now to keep burping the jars during the cure for the jarred product.

I have and it just made the popcorn soggy. Don’t remember nothing after that tho. Sleepy time on the couch lol..

Thanks! That's a good idea! Might be too big a dose though, lmao! I tend to put too much butter on my popcorn, which oddly, we can't buy any in our little town, no popcorn seeds anywhere, just that microwave crap. The hoarders cleaned it out.

It lasted a couple of hours and yes what a time getting to sleep but the sleep was great!
