I have flushed todat due to the yellow leaves with 1/4 strength nutes. I was hoping to flip tomorrow is this still advisable so soon after flush or will it make no difference?

Saves my back a lot. Every day a 7pm i pump out a dwc bucket into another ( from plant to empty ) test tds, ph and when pumping run it through a filter to remove and floating stuff . Then I adjust and re pump back into plant. Takes time from 1 hrs down to 20 min to deal with 6 dwc buckets. Full res change every 3 days.

agree withy "victorytoker" a week (7days at least) remember "once we see a plant issue we are all ready 2 weeks behind in fixing it" --- Same with top-dressing it take 2 weeks for you top dressing to take effect - so one needs to plan when to top dress ( I generally use 1 week)
