When to add Bloom nutes?

Hi. I dont know when to start adding flowering nutes. 1 of my 4 Plants are currently in preflower. I have BioBizz: Grow, Bloom & TopMax.
Its an Autoflower, strain unknown
Any tips??

I have 2 other Plants aswell (Hindu Kush & Bubba Kush )

They are around 2-2,5 weeks old and have just started giving Them BioGrow at around 0,5ML as a start

I keep my plants on a high growth nitrogen rich mix three weeks into flower.

I heard its best to wait 4 week,and I think I would have until I realised I had bio light mix! So gave them half measures of bio grow it got them started I will show photos if I can 3 week ago I bought a powder nute all in one 16 9 23 n.p.k and they have grown 40 0cm to 50 0cm tall buds are not brilliant but there are nugs I hope their going to fatten or grow I have bit of stickiness and signs of frost
