Know the feeling. All of mine are taking a lot longer than the growers guidance. Oh well.. our patience will pay off.
 
Hi all!

Quick update from week 14 and 5 days into the grow!

Things are looking great with the Think Different, it has developed rock hard, solid nugs, in-fact that from today I decided to only give her water due how well she looks. I like to make the plant nice and yellow before chop so I reckon she could be ready to come down already next weekend! :)

I checked them under my microscope and trichs are like 30% amber and rest milky, at least for the top colas, I reckon it would be perfect to cut her down within the next 10 days or so.

I am in the midst of chopping one myself. It really is time consuming. I have her about 1/2 harvested so far and more work tomorrow. Maybe I should go down to HomeDepot and hire some day laborers.. :rofl:

Haha word that man! I have thought of getting one of those automatic bud harvest machines, seems so nice to just cut the branch down and throw it into the cutter lol.

I have been checking your grow and I gotta say it looks amazing!

I'm thinking of letting mine go another week, problem is that the girlfriend is leaving the house for a short family vacation so I would have to harvest her alone(Normally we do it together) if I dont cut her down Thursday with the help of the gf.

Any suggestions? Wait or not wait? :P
 
Good luck on the harvest. I agree an automatic bud trimmer would be a real time saver. The ones I've seen on YouTube get mixed reviews.

The one I'm harvesting now has really been a task. I can tell the two in the rear of main tent won't be as productive as they were really squished in the back and didn't get much attention or light. I'm guessing they will give me 2-3 ounces each.

That's still nice man! :goodjob: As long as the buds hold high quality and meets your expectations it is great whatever the weight is in my opinion. Where I am it is legal to grow for personal use, so you can always go again. :cool:

My Think Different side colas has begun to fall down as of last night, they are fattening to the point that they can't hold themselves up. Hopefully she can make it until Monday which is when I plan to chop.

Hi guys!

I have just finished cutting down my dear Think Different by Dutch Passion. She was a blast to cut and grow! Bud to leaf ratio was outstanding, all the branches snapped super easy and the actual nugs were more or less clear of leaves!

She does not smell very much in comparison to other plants I've grown. She has a sweet smell, but it does not linger much in the air at all. The actual trim was not much, 1/4 quarter of what I got from my Blue Kush.

I will let her dry for about 5 - 6 days now, maybe longer. The buds were super hard and heavy, want to make sure all the moisture is removed.
