Whats wrong with my plant?

hello, i had this plant for 4 months,, it was all good until,, two weeks ago i changed the pot and soil plus i started giving new nutritions like tomato food, all of sudden the plant started showing up yello and they are dying its a week i have not feed it anything just water and sonce last 48 hours i water once every two days ,
my question is what is the best food for it now to recover or or whats best to do now ?pleae help me out

Yellowing could indicate too much water, or too many nutrients.
