From what I understand the way they explained it to us in New Mexico is until it is federally legal companies have their choice whether they want to test for it or not depending on how dangerous your job is or whether it is governmental city or state once federally legal it will be the same as all prescriptions they will not be able to be prejudiced because discriminating against one prescription would lead to everybody on a prescription would not be able to work I am going to contact NM mCP at the health department and find out what the legal reason behind it is
