Im just swallowing it 3 times a day 
Tacking is the best way to get medicinal support. look up this thread. many people claim it has stopped there cancer and or made it completely go away by tacking it. Some people have never don any "normal" therapy and there cancer is gone from tacking.

Bro I just joined this site all because i saw your post while googling.. Plz tell me you still run the waterfarms? I have one and so far it has been awesome. But im yet to meet anyone on any site that runs one. Kinda bummer.. I also just use hydrogaurd. Tell me do you have a top off res? filled with straight ro water? do you add hydogaurd to the res? I have been just adding it when i change out the system every 14 days in the control bucket and leaving my top off res straight untouched ro....
