I’m aching all over. I still have some boxes to go through and I’m certain most will go straight to the dumpster. But the point is I’m not good with very hard work anymore. I knew I’d stress my shoulder. It’s now junk.

I also pulled another tick from my waist today. Seems a bit late to me.

But I’ll get growing soon. Forgot to get rock wool Saturday. Oh well. Soon.
 
:laughtwo: It strikes me as funny Jim that we both have to be careful about tucking our pants into our socks to keep the insects at bay.

I also have the delight of a fire ant hill under construction outside my front door. :rofl: Thankfully it’ll be short lived. Not a community you want to encourage in a neighborhood with children. I learned my first day here to respectfully avoid them. Ouch!

Another week from now and you’ll be all nestled in and soothing the tired frame. Amy suggested Epsom soaks. I’d consider that one Jim. It’d sure make the body feel more at ease.

My bad luck has not ended. He was no show. I eventually spoke with Technician and since terminal is on other side of road it has to be pushed under and trenched to the house. He said he would reschedule for tomorrow to draw a site drawing. Then he said he’d be here between 8 and 4 pm. I told him I didn’t need to be here. He said yeah. That’s right you really don’t need to be there for that. Fuck me running.

All of this could have been done earlier as I placed order late Sept. They knew it was new service. 2 weeks maybe for internet service.

All good to hear.. bills suck almost as much as internet companies. They suck AND send you a bill.

Glad to hear yer getting close to back up an running.

Moving puts a new view on all the stuff you think you need.

I think its a good thing.

I'll point you to some fun ass places to go down in SWLA... there's more to LA than NOLA - pretty cool place. Hopefully you packed your dancing shoes??

Technically I am done moving. I brought over the compost tumbler this afternoon and that’s it.

Up next is Direct TV tomorrow between 8 and 12 noon.

Internet guy came by to let me know that he found a terminal on my side of the road. Apparently someone ran over it years ago but we’re getting closer to having some internet. Yay

Couldn’t find rock wool cubes at nursery. Gonna try to root in my soil tomorrow.

Got Direct tv satellite installed today. I’m hoping to get the plants out tomorrow for a proper inspection and a shot of kelp tea that I just prepared.

I still haven’t captured Blackie. He may want to move with my 2 girls. I’m good with his choice.

Things are getting back to normal and wrote the big checks today. Now I just need to get to my bank account and find out how much I owe on the credit card. Lots of $ going into the economy.
