What's In Jim's Grow Room?

WOW!! @MagicJim has it been six whole months already? Time flies when you're not the one quitting cigarette smoking :D . January 23rd marks 3 years since I quit. I commend you for your will power and dedication. I know first hand it's not easy to do. I could not have done it without having a bowl to fire up when the urge for a cigarette got overwhelming. I am now 6 months totally smoke free and find the cravings are nearly gone completely. You're through the worst part though so YOU'VE GOT THIS!! :bravo:

OK so I'm totally confused. Have you quit for 3 years or 6 months?

My quit date is actually June 18, 2019 so it's been a bit longer than what I said.

Anyway....I continue to lean on the nicotine lozenges but that usage is also in decline. I just spent a shed load of money on my gums and teeth so it would be particularly disappointing for me to start smoking cigs again. I've even started using infused oil again so I can reduce the cannabis smoking. I'd love to replace all the smoking with vaping but I just don't get the same effect. Still working on it. :bongrip:

I quit a year and a half ago, Switched to vaping, I have also lowered the amount of weed I smoke in fact I haven't smoked any weed in at least 3 weeks. I like the effects of smoking Cannabis but with a chest cold and it being cold outside I don't go out and smoke. I have some good bud put back for when I can start smoking it again. I am digging the infused oils though. I have a few every evening  Now I need to make some more Brownies I think I have enough Canna Butter to make one more batch.

I quit smoking cigarettes 3 years ago. I offset the cravings with cannabis smoke. I quit smoking cannabis about 6 months ago as the tobacco cravings had about diminished totally.

Jim my current auto did a similar thing. I had put it in a big pot, but with a ring around it using a dixie cup with the bottom cut out. Thinking it would do better like that until it got established. Well it just hovered at that stage for a bit, before finally taking off. Same thing, thought I was overwaterering it, left it alone for a bit, but thankfully it finally grew.

I only had it at 11 hours light though, so yours will of course grow a lot bigger.

What do you do for cannabis smoke cravings then? :laughtwo: Do you strictly vape then?

great work Jim! I smoked cigarettes for about a year when I was a dishwasher. I did it just to have an excuse to leave the kitchen for 5 minutes.... and to cover the smell of the cannabis smoke. The very day I got moved into cooking I was done with that nasty crap

I am SO glad I quit the cigs. I switched to Vaping and I was able to quit. I think my Vaping would be really hard to quit, I am addicted to Nicotine but its A Lot better then Cigs. I don't smoke weed very often in fact its been 3 weeks or so since I smoked a bowl. With COPD and have a chest cold I have slowed way down, That and it being cold outside so I don't want to go out into the cold to smoke. Good on you quitting. I smoked for 30, 35 years on and off so it was really hard to quit

Lazy grower still hasn't pruned the moms.

Little Pomelo auto getting some roots I guess. She'll wake up soon.

All the burping from the last harvest has been done. I guess it's time for some testing. I've been smoking Chem 91 x ADC all year and it's time for a break. Going to try one of those jars of Jellium here in a bit.

Stay medicated. :bongrip:

Hey there Jim,

Smoked a couple bowls of the pomelo when I got home tonight. It’s still a bit green and will be much better in a month, but it’s crazy potent. It’s got this heavy kind of stone, but not sleepy, still active.

hows your girl lookin? She’s looked much better than mine did through her early days.

Things are looking good. You do like your mums and they love you too I’m sure :)

Great for daytime then.

I almost cried when I took my last toke of Jellium and knew there wasn't any more in reserve. That's how good it is. :battingeyelashes: Some of the best herb I've had the pleasure to consume. When I come across more I'll turn it to decarbed Dust and get to dosing through the gut.

@beez0404, have you stopped using cannabis, or simply stopped smoking it? Have you switched to oral?

Oh.... I stopped to tell you all that I heard from Jim this morning, and he's well, without power at the moment, and holding his own against the wind. :circle-of-love:

Jim has power again, thank goodness. He’s getting some well-deserved sleep now. I’m expecting he’ll check in tomorrow morning. :battingeyelashes:

Them flipping storms were moving and shaking. Worst I seen this time of year.
We were under a tornado warning for over an hour straight. Trees down everywhere but fortunately we did not lose power.
