What's happening? Why are my plants looking like this

One little question.
Those plastic pots, do they have lots of holes for air and runoff?

So I fed the nutrients last night and they definitely needed them. They have perked up quite a bit, but they still look like they want some more. The bottles of the fertilizer say to use every other time I water the plants. Should I stick to that or is it ok to go ahead and feed more nutrients tomorrow or the next day when I water them again.

They do not. I punched some holes in the sides but I think they could use way more
It’s best to have lots of holes on the bottom and a couple to the sides.
It’s important.

Holes are so important these are the solo cups I sprout in

I use fabric pots for bigger plants. Any container I use has lots of holes if it isn’t fabric. You really want top notch drainage at all times, especially in a coco grow where you’re going to be watering a lot

Might get leaf burn if the nitrogen percent is very high & with reduced drainage the salt & fert could build up , i would ad fert every second watering, also watch out with overwatering like keffka said ,( if u don't have enough drain holes )though coco is more forgiving then soil, take care , peace & good luck with the garden✌️

My half cent.
First they're autoflowers so they're root touchy and finicky.
Second looks like they are in a plastic tote with just a tiny amount of semi lightly enriched coco.

It will be a good learning experience but you're kinda tying your hands behind your back and making it much harder on yourself.

Autos are called autoflowers because they automatically flower at more of a preset time schedule with a few triggers that can kind of lengthen or shorten that mostly predetermined schedule.
Usually between about 18 to 27 days give or take.
So with an autoflower unlike photo-period the first 3 weeks is critical and they can be stunted by a loud fart.
So don't feel bad if they do.

Personally I would carefully transplant them into a 4 plus gallon fabric pot full to the brim with the coco and water the shyt out of them, keep the coco quite moist all the time never ever dry.

Amount of nutrients would depend on type of nutrients and what exactly is in that coco.
But usually at least 1/4 plus nutrients and water everyday.
But I am not a coco grower so might need to confer with someone with more experience in that medium

Been looking into ph levels and nutrient levels and have learned a lot in the past week. I have four new ones about to pop up I have a nice coco mix to plant them straight in from pods. Have two xs2000 in a 6by2 closet feeding fox farms bites. 18/6 schedule autos

Hey how are you doing my friend?
Girls are improving.
Coco is pretty simple.
Add Cal-Mag to your plain water then- Mix your nutrients in order according to the schedule set ph to 5.8 and feed every day.
Never any plain water in coco.
I can help you with anything you need in coco.
