What to do info needed please

k clones into 5 gallon pots timer was not set right was on 12 and 12
they grew to about 15 inches then I saw buds starting on 12 and 12 for about 12 days
so I changed timer to 18 and 6 now for 10 days
no change buds not bigger and have not started to grow again

questions what should I do
cut they down start over
wait for them to grow how long will it take ?
flip them back and bud them out will they be ok

grrr so pissed.....

If you want buds to grow again put it back to 12/12.

Well you can do two things. Put them on 18/6 and let them bush or make a scrog net and make a sea of green. I wold just do a scrog net and bush them that way.

you should have just let them stay on 12/12. now they are all confused and don't know what to do (hence why they are not growing).

Right now If I were you I would try and just continue flowering them. But they are definitely confused, stressed and you'll need to keep an eye out for hermies.

Its possible you may be able to finish a new crop sooner then these however, as revegging and all that can take weeks sometimes.
