Considering where you are, Seedsman would be my choice, back before they had a facility in the US, it took a week, from Spain. If Herbies ships to NZ, I have heard they also have quality seeds, but I’ve never used them.

I heard on some forum that Herbies ships pretty fast to NZ. If i'm not mistaken less than 10 days
