is this a plant that looks like pot or it is,
started to grow under my balcony... ?
the stem is red... looks like a tree ???

That almost looks like Damiana. Their "fingers" are very similar to Cannabis "fingers". Most Damiana leave have 3 "fingers". There are a few sub-species that have 5. Could provide good hide for smaller Cannabis strains. Damiana plants are usually loaded with little yellow flowers. Wouldn't hurt to purchase a gob of little yellow flowers from a craft shop, or something, and tie them all over the place on the Cannabis. Great cover for aerial snapshots.

Hi all, came across this plant and I am hoping someone can tell me if this is a marijuana plant any input will be appreciated

I found this growing in my backyard at random. Not that I have ever emptied a pipe back there but if I had, it would make sense.

Is it a nettle? Is it a marijuana plant? Not that I'd mind- I mean, I'd dispose of it promptly, or something- but I am curious.
