What is wrong with this little girl?

What light and how many hours are you giving her? Could be a hormonal issue causing those leaf mutations. Light determines hormone production. Not likely, but just wanted to rule it out before you chase down nutrient issues.
It honestly looks like a mutation or genetic issue cuz if you see here in this picture the main has split off into 4 different mains I have dealt with plenty of grows and have never ran into anything like it…

Lighting sounds good. Trying to eliminate the simple things first. It is showing the classic signs of hormone shift that you would see in reveg. The leaf mutations and lateral branching is spot on.

Just reread and caught this is an auto flower. Ruderalis will trigger a hormone shift prematurely if too dry. If it was too dry when sprouting, then watered in good, a hormone shift would be plausible. The leaves are not showing any sign of deficiency or burn so I would just wait it out. Your new growth looks to be normalizing.

Yeah she seems to be trying to normalize like I had mentioned though she had popped out of the rapid rooter growing backwards or upside down I guess you could say which caused me to have to very carefully perform surgery so I carefully split the rapid router in half take the seedling out then cut another rapid rooter and place her in it so my guess was the light exposure to the tap root is what’s causing this either that or just a genetic issue but this is a picture of her sister that is a week older and she has flourished beautifully so I don’t know what to think honestly

I think it's more likely then you did nick or pinch her somehow in the process resulting in a premature fim.
Not sure maybe but she did still have her helmet on so I grabbed her there very gently with sterilized tweezers Im sure normally I would agree with you on that but the fact that she has irregular fan leaves leads me to believe it’s more of a mutation than anything but she has had some explosive growth since yesterday so I’m hoping she is growing out of whatever she has going on

Seems like she already has, she's just gonna take off growing like that.
I still think irregularity is maybe still nute or too dry, anyways same result fresh roots drying out making her abort what she was building and offsetting the vascular pressure in the system making things twist and turn.
cause that crinkly leaf and two fingered one I had that as well before planting them like that.

Hmmm 🤔 well ima just sit back let her run her course and she what she has to offer hopefully she bounces back it wouldn’t be the first time I seen it happen but hey man thank you for all your input and thoughts though it is very much appreciated.
