If you ask me, transplanting in flower is out of the question, unless, for whatever reason, must be done and can't be avoided. I totally agree.
True, you can't observe roots behaviour in soil but I doubt that the roots will continue to grow in hydro, but not in soil. Perhaps slower, as everything in soil happens slower.
