What do you think about them? Maybe I have a big problem

So here I am again with my noob knowledge haha (first grow ever)

So here we are. These are 3 plants (3 pics each) 2 royal ak (28d) and one amnesia auto (20d).

Someone told me to water less 5 days ago (I was watering every 2 days 1l and a half with biobizz).
Today is the fifth day without water and I was wondering if it’s better to water them without nutrients today (and the next 2).
I think I might overfed the 2 aks.
What do you think about that?.

Ps: do you think I should defoliate a bit?

RH: 50/60%
RT: 68-77 F
Soil: Vaneco light mix
Fertilizer: bio-grow (by biobizz)
