What causes this?

I think patience helps dude. My lights are on 20/4. I am on day 44 and mine are just starting to flower. My mate had one said it was ready 60days. But it was ready day 82
 
I see, im just reading different information all over about autos, and i just went for the 12/12, and also because it's getting too big for the tent.. its not ideal :D - ya, alright.. 82 days aint that bad either i guess. As a first time grower, i now know you can't expect everything to go according to book
