I work 9 to 5 and we work had not smart and I smoke during the day so I like to smoke sweet island skunk keeps me going don't get the munchies I find but everybody tolerance level is different though

If you're interested in THCV I started a thread asking about seeds of strains containing it. Jack the Ripper came up as a suggestion. I found a seedbank that has some, feminized, but they aren't a sponsor.

There are strains that don't cause munchies as bad as others. Finding them is the problem. How one strain effects one person can be different then how it effects another.
Every new grow I have a learning curve of which ones are bad or good for the munchies. Once you know which ones do what. You need to figure out how to use them without eating everything in the kitchen. Self control is always a issue here! Just because your brain says eat, doesn't mean you have too. I just smoke more weed instead of getting up and eating. I live alone so being totally baked is not to much of a problem at night LOL.

Huh, didn't know there were cannabis strains that would help with the weight loss.. only if I knew earlier! It would be much easier and funnier to lose weight and exercise. At the beginning of my weight loss journey I had so many tentatives to step out of it.. but I got it through and I'm proud of it! By the way, I had a help in the face of that helped me have the strength to exercise every day. Though, If I'd known about these strains it all would have gone a lot faster...

Yes there are strains that have THCV that help with the munchies. They are hard to find. It is safer to learn to trick your mind not to eat. Lots of time it requires you to just smoke more. With the strains that I find cause munchies. I just smoke more instead of going to the kitchen. After a while you get used to them and learn the ones that are the worst. The first month with new weed is the hardest.
I have found if you try to hard to get exactly what you want. You miss out on some wonderful strains. It is better to find a way to control the urges to eat. My plan works because you can't stuff your face with a joint in your hand.
