Most people are familiar with cannabis increasing appetite. But there are specific strains that suppress appetite can be an alternative for weight loss.
What cannabis strains help weight loss?

Durban poison, Black Beauty, Cannatoinic, Harlequin and Blue Dream....
These should be used with an exercise routine. They won't increase hunger and will give some pep in your step. A lot of these are Sativa leaners.
The Black Beauty is being researched for diabetes and weightloss. It contains THCV and this compound can decrease appetite.

Sativas. They make me happy, clear and zippy, with almost no unwanted side effects. Worst case some strains make me feel jittery and anxious if I overdo it.
Indicas make me lethargic and give me crazy munchies that will have me wolfing down anything in sight, including alcohol.

They produce thcv or tetrahydrocannabivarin.
Just grew a cross were both plants produce some level of it durban poison and tangie.
So i have hong kong which maybe the best appetite inducing cannabis strain and the durban tangie for appetite suppressant.
Harlequin and especially Black Beauty are hard to come by. Anyone know where they can be found (I'm interested in BB because of the THCV). I found an MH1 strain with it and Durban Poison but interested in the others.
Cannabis has so many effects the total amount may never be fully understood it acts on all cells in the body when ingested and seems to me to be in a symbiosis with the body and mind.
There are over 120 cannabinoids. It seems their contents and ratios have a large effect on the final effects. Maybe terpenes, too.

I can hardly find any info on the Black Beauty. I found some Harlequin crosses.

Yoo just so you know Celts are the ancient people of britain. Celtic blood though mostly runs through Wales, Ireland and scotland as England was invaded and watered down multiple times but no1 could ever crack true Celtic territory. Not the Romans, not the vikings and not the normans. We love a fight its in our blood
lolSorry for the history lesson but I am of straight up Celtic descent even down to my family name which is OLD Irish royalty so i had to correct that.
In reference to this thread though. Green house seeds strain hunters found the Congolese landraces which contain a cannibinoid that actually suppresses hunger. Congolese Black and Red cant remember if its one or both of them that contain it but im sure they will mention it lol.

Thanks man. Even my mother is pure bred welsh stock lol. My great great grandad was a bare knuckle boxer who was known for carrying his donkey on his shoulders back up the welsh valleys cos it hurt his foot lol. My father however denies his irish heritage because of what they did to his nan. She basically HAD to leave ireland for some reason not sure why but hey lol.Well said mate.
