Welcome To Archie’s Indoor/Outdoor Perpetual Garden

Looks like you're off to a good start.
Thanks Penny, should be a fun grow
Congrats on that great harvest Archie.Pretty good numbers.
Were all having some yrouble getting Greenhouses SLH to germ.
Breeder has been told.
Took me 4 seeds to get one to germ.
Got mine from GYA seedbank
They , along with GH have been notified of our issues.
Let us know how u do with them would ya.
The SLH I’m running was my first seed I germinated. I had a lot of trouble with Sour Diesel from Humboldt. Ultimately, I could’ve taken the time to provide more optimal conditions but, it’s all good.
sorry to hear about the GH seeds giving trouble, I used Seedsman for these seeds, if that helps. I’ll be sure to keep everyone up to date. I will add, SLH was slow to come up by about two days but that could just be nature.

:ciao: good to see you Archi

Very nice harvest weights from the outdoor bed, especially considering the size of the bed and, as you say, the short veg time. Very excellent indeed!

long lasting
The CBD assists with this too. It modulates the THC, as we know, and it also lengthens the time it remains effective.

Nice to see you reset and sprouting new babies

Congrats on the mighty fine harvest! Looking forward to another great grow!

Thanks Ween, are you still running the Max Yield?
Nice summary, nice weights, and we're off to the races again!

:goodluck:
Yep, I feel like I’m finally in a nice groove with regards to timing my grows. Part of that is because since making the switch to primarily photoperiod plants, I’ve yet to harvest less than 2.5- 3 zips minimum. Bottom line is: I’m not living harvest to harvest anymore so I need less plants. The challenge is keeping enough variety around at this point.

Hi AG thanks for popping in :passitleft:
Thanks for the nice words, I’m fairly sure, if I get my outdoor crop in the ground around 4/20/2020, I’ll have some larger plants for sure. Best part is, there are two strains I already know I want to grow out there. Blue Dream and Sour Diesel need to happen!
Very interesting about the CBD, thanks for educating me on that :high-five:
It’s good to see you back Archie. Very nice write up on an outstanding harvest. The new plants are looking great.
:ganjamon:
Thanks Felipe! I’m very at peace and calm right now about growing. Not stressed, no concerns, just getting caught up in the moment.

Quick Update
Gave the girls their first Brix foliar last night and they are growing quite rapidly. The oldest, and largest, three in the pic are all two weeks old to the day. SLH, the medium sized one, is 11 days old, and NHS is about 7 days old. Its not super important as I’ll be flipping all at the same time, just thought it might be of value to the overall journal.

If you need a little variety, we can meet by the beach! I hear there's a Jack in the Box down there...
Oh Hey that might have to happen lol. I got some flower I wouldn’t mind sharing.... you and I should just be neighbors man lol

Thanks Ween, are you still running the Max Yield?

I actually just fired it up yesterday! I've been on a break from growing for sometime now while my house was being built. I had ideas of running both my 4x4s but one off them was pretty moldy from storage and it was a POS to begin with so I'll scrap it and just run 1. I'll start a new journal soon.

Update
The plants have been exploding with growth this last week. The root system on the one gallon containers are starting to wrap around the pot and they are drinking at an interval of roughly every five days. The plan to SCROG these is now up in the air. I am open to suggestions if anyone has any on timing with regards to SCROG. Part of the issue, is that I need access to the plants while they are in the smaller containers and I need to be able to up can them here in a bit. I’m already seeing some bitching from the Bruce Bangers because they’re root systems are getting crowded.
Perhaps, if SCROG is still on the table, I should up can soon-ish and start training if I’m gonna do it? Seems like the time is here.

On to the photos:

Hey Penny, yeah apparently the strain is named NHS due to its highly medicinal characteristics :)
It’s bred by Mr. Nice Seedbank and is a regular seed. Let’s hope it’s a girl!
It is a cross of Northern Lights #5 x Haze x Skunk #1.
