Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team Up!

Re: Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team Up!

Congrats on the MOTM nomination! I've been lurking in your garden for a while, reading a few pages here and there as I have time. I just went to vote but couldn't because I only had 49 posts. Oh well, maybe next month. LOL, j/k, this makes 50 and I'm heading back there now.

How's that Tranquility Device working for you? I was thinking about buying one, then I saw the price. Do they wear out, or last a lifetime?

We really love the tranquility device. It's supposed to make brix levels in the plants higher and keep pests at a very minimum. We started with a 12 brix level and the last time we checked it was 17 which is very good. Joe Bentley was our contact person for the device and he was amazing to work with. He says the higher the brix levels, the higher the THC levels will be. The water tastes sooo good. It seems to quench my thirst better. The taste leaves me wanting more than just 1 glass of water.

Joe says:
"We will be celebrating our 30th anniversary next February and are primarily a nutritional company. We have also developed a device that dramatically increases waters ability to hydrate in a totally naturally way. We typically see about a 50 increase in plant growth and in measuring higher BRIX levels in plants in short periods of time. In fruit we see the sweetness level going up substantially to the point that insects won't touch the plant anymore. We are predicting with the device being utilized with cannibus we will see better, healthier plants with more yield, no need for soil amendments and little to no insects or soil parasites. We call it the Tranquility Device and it works. There is no maintenance and it doesn't wear out. We have seen a doubling of BRIX levels with fruit plants and want to see what changes in the BRIX level (which is important in cannibus) can be documented.

The device is standardized with threaded bronze fittings on each end and can take various PVC or copper adapters to hook up to whatever pipe system is being used. For drip irrigation systems no problem. We also make a "Garden Unit" that screws onto an outdoor type faucet in which you can hook up a garden hose and water things with. Check out the web site Tranquility Device - Water According to Nature to see photo's of the various units.

The device is made without the use of solder, heat , chemicals, adhesives or anything unnatural except for the 4 "O" rings used to seal the unit. It is lead free and made out of pure copper and bronze. There are over 70 different mineral and trace element ions generated in the device as well as a complete re-structuring of the water molecules and the subsequent cluster sizes which are much smaller, thus wetter. Dogs that drink the water tend not to want any other water in the area. The same for dairy cows. Go figure... They must know something we humans don't even recognize."

I hope you find this info helpful! If you have more questions, please ask! Happy voting, and thanks for using post #50 to talk to us!

You lost me when you said bugs will no longer touch your plants. Conversely, higher sugar levels will increase bug attacks. While the health of you plant will help keep bugs off, if you are exposed to pests they will eat. If this water kept bugs off plants they would not be able to keep them on the shelves. They are talking about mobile ion removal. Which is why beer, energy drinks, ect do not hydrate. Low or high PH is determined by measuring mobile ion consentration. Once removed, it's ability to hydrate improves. I'll only use bloom/grow nutes for PH down and K potash for PH up.

Cheers

I love you guys but the tranquility device is a scam. Pseudoscience with no real research. Look up the research on the site. I would t have said anything but I don't want people seeing this and spending exorbitant amounts of money for something that has no scientific basis. This type of "structured water" scam has been around for a long time. Here is a website that does a pretty good job at explaining all the different water quackeries out there including water clusters and structured water. I'm glad you guys feel you get positive results from it but those results are from you guys being better and better growers, not from the tranquility device. I know they are a sponsor but I think it is very irresponsible for 420 mag to allow them to be one.
Water pseudoscience and quackery

Re: Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team Up!

Well, there is a filtration system in the device. A couple bits came out when we did a rinse through the device before using it. It looked like charcoal. It does make our water taste better.

We are doing a side by side grow with 2 bubble bomb plants. One gets tranquillity water, the other gets tap water. We will top them one week apart. We will do everything the same for them, except the water we use. We were able to get the seeds to germinate. They are a weeks difference in age. Only time will tell what, if any, the differences are.

Thanks for your info and the heads up Shig.

I'm confused with the new amare 450+ that you got. I just spent 20 mins just briefly going over the spectrum it offers and led wattage coverage price etc. and I don't get it. I mean on paper you could cover twice as much if not more room with full spectrum lighting with the amount of cash they are selling that light for buying from another company. I'm no sales rep but come on 6sqft max coverage for $1,200. I know I missed something lol help me to understand please more so educate me please. And I've been using crystal zen styluses that change the molecules in the water to help achieve certain things for humans like tranquility or zen I got a couple from a friend on loan I could no way be able to afford them but I haven't done a study but I think it helps. I also started with a radio to turn on and off with my lights helps

I will say we will do a full review on in a bit, need to get some use out of it first. But as of right now it was well worth it. It didn't raise the temperature of the room, it is covering about a 5' x 5' area with great lux readings all the around. Yes I know it is lux, but par and lumens and all of that fancy stuff relate to par. That's 25 square feet. It is 6' off the floor and 24" above sparkle currently. Oh and we paid significantly less than the $1200 price tag.

We will be doing an update of the garden later. A bunch of stuff has happened in the garden today and we are not done yet, just taking a smoke break. :bong:

Just a sneak peak... :roorrip:

Love you guys! Your garden is amazing. I love that you are willing to try new things for the sake of learning.

Cheers Nis and Canna

Just trying to be up with the times. Was always told that knowledge is power and we want to learn as much as we can. Since you know, in a few years it'll be federally legal and we would love to have a big commercial operation and a few dispensaries. Talked about it today. Wouldn't mind making a ton of cash but being your own boss doing something that we love and helping other people would be satisfying. Didn't go to med school, but it would be awesome to help others like a doctor.

Thanks noob! RoorRip

UPDATE TIME!

Good evening everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. Today there was a lot of action going on in the garden. We defoliated quite a bit today giving everyone an even advantage at getting all of the light they need. We did a total of 9 transplants today and will be doing a couple more this week as well when they are ready. Still haven't decided what size to put the girls that are going to the breeding room in. We have some #2s that I think will work nicely. May go bigger, some input would be great.

For pictures tonight we will start out in the VEG room. It was empty for a little bit at least lol.

The Flux had an incident on one of her arms. So she will be a little lopsided, but when she is full of bud, you wont be able to tell :thumb:

Time to take a break...we will be in the flower room. :smokin2:

Yesterday I put up our new light. The Amare SE 450+UVB. We currently have it 24 inches from the top of sparkle. Here are some quick photos of it and all of the stuff that came with it. They even sent ratchet hangers. :slide:

We have 3 new members to the flower room. Our Northern lights blue, our OG Kush clone. She is hanging out right next to her mom, and we have the big girl, Sparkle - Cheese.

Good to know. I can't afford to throw $350 at something that might not work right now. I've spent around $2,000 in the last month and a half between a new air conditioner, dehumidifier, lots of lights, air filters, and everything else for my grow. I'm glad you guys are testing it out. I'll be waiting eagerly for the results of your test!

Just trying to be up with the times. Was always told that knowledge is power and we want to learn as much as we can.

Absolutely, just think of all the modern stuff we have now that people didn't understand 50 years ago. People used to think that vitamin pills were a scam; that people taking them felt better because of the placebo effect.

I got mine out of storage this weekend. Ish still make me cough when I overdo it.

And the Carnival.....Whoa! So interested in how this performs as most of what I've seen have been bush style. You guys rock!

She's gonna be a big girl. She's got at least another month in veg. We don't have room in flower for more girls until the photos in there are harvested. Lol! Matilda is gonna be a huge girl in a month. Doesn't hurt my feelings any. Hehe. :rollit:

Auto Update Time!

While Nis was working late, I used that time in the garden taking pics and doing a little LST with a couple girls who needed to be opened up a bit.

You two are doing great keeping up with all your plants. Beautiful looking Cola's and flowers. Keep up the good work.
