Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team Up!

Late to the party, not sure how this journal managed to allude me for this long but I have rectified that situation. Sub'd.

Looking forward to doing a speed read of the first 500 pages over the next week or two.

That tangie is a pretty girl. The time lapse is pretty cool. Shiggs showed me a controller that has it. Damn controller does everything co2, lights, exhaust, humidity, security system. Only problem it's about $1500 for controller and accessories. Going to save up for that one.

Got any ideas on selection for your next big run? I'm gonna cut some clones tonight and set my controller up for flower. Probably should have done earlier lol but just had other shit going on.

Looking great as always Nis and Canna, have a great rest of Sunday .....

We have had this journal for 1.5 years and a lot has happened. It has been discussed that when these plants finish we can close this journal and start a new one with the next run. There is a lot quality information and some decent looking plants in those pages. Thanks for stopping in.

That controller sounds pretty legit and is something I may want to look into. If it has a wireless function that I could see info from my phone that would absolutely amazing.

We have some more strains coming within the next week or so, so we will go from there when we have everything in hand. We are going to run a bunch of regulars and a couple fems. Can't wait to see the co2 can do during the veg cycle.

Have a good one buck. :passitleft:

It's growtronix, it does everything imaginable. You can access from phone. It's the Cadillac of controllers, very nice but pricey. With all he accessories I wanted came out to $1700. It'll give you total control and be able to monitor everything. Check it out, have a good evening ..
Or you could build this unit using a raspberry pie for alot cheaper than 1700 bucks .

Growduino is pretty cool ... :bongrip:

Growduino
This looks awesome. I wish I would had saw this before buying the co2 controller. It looks like for a little over $400 we could have a controller for everything. Control temps, humidity, co2, and lights with a single controller and have access to it online. Perfect.

Have a great Monday gang.

Yesterday we harvested the sasquatch Panama haze and it tried to take us down when she was getting the axe. Had to use a PVC pipe cutter to cut the branches because they were so solid.

She lasted 126 days in flower which turns out to be 18 weeks exactly. The funny part is, she started blooming again! The next time we grow a pure sativa it will be on a shortened light cycle to try and kick into gear a little faster. I've been smoking on a tester this last week and it is quite intense. Not in a bad way but it really gets you going. I find that the taste reminds me of parsley and the smell is a gassy pine. It'll be more refined after a good cure and we will have a smoke report when it is ready. On to the pictures!

It is nice to know that when walking through the garden we won't be punched in the face with those giant gnarly buds anymore lol.

Far out - Serious buds! I can easily imagine them punching you in the face in the growroom! I am dreaming of harvests like this in the future. See it. Believe it. Make it so!

Thanks . inspiring as ever.

I love how timelapses of the plants look like underwater plant life, swaying gently in the currents. ..

Wow....18 weeks. Thats insane. How tall did she end up growing? Was height a struggle for you? Amazing looking plant...well done!

This was the purest sativa we have ever grown so it was a learning experience. Had to do things a bit differently since we knew she was going to go a long time. I think she turned out just great though.

The time lapse is a great feature for those that want to see what the plants do when we are not watching them lol.

She ended up about 6" from the ceiling. The finish height was 6'-10" from the top of soil to the top of the tallest branch. We had to hang two lights at an angle on the sides of it just to get it enough light. That's probably why the lower buds were half way decent.
Did she sense up some more before you cut her down? She got crazy big

They did firm up a little bit so all is not lost. The tester really didn't lose much density from on the plant to a week drying. So we should end up with a decent haul. 18 week decent worth? We will see after a nice cure. I can't wait to get the Malawi in there and get some scary potent stuff.

That's my favorite kind of weed, right there. You simply can't get it unless you grow it, and people don't realize what it's like to smoke an 18 week Sativa.....especially if it's rolled up all proper.

2 questions:

1. Are you going to Jamaica?
2. Do you know anyone who is sailing there who could bring some of that? (if you're going?)

I really wish we were able to join on this trip but its not going to be possible unfortunately. Having young kids makes it difficult to leave the country on vacation without them...multiple times.

I'm sure we could find it a ride down there. I don't have a problem paying for its ticket to get there. I'll never forget the look on the locals faces when they tried to sell us their stuff on the beach and we let them smell your lemon paki. They didn't bother us much after that lol.

I was just telling a friend who hasn't been smoking for long and is new to all this that cannabis sativa actually has a different effect than most other street obtained or dispensary obtained cannabis in the fact that it makes you more alert, with a head high, and makes you chatter a lot. She didn't even know that was possible and I started to think about where I could get something that will really have a pure sativa effect and I came up with nothing. No one grows these strains in the mainstream cannabis market. It's really sad. I haven't even been able to try a super pure sativa like the Panama or Malawi. Closest I ever got was a really good green crack and I still ended up with a stoney high after smoking a lot of it.

That's why I grow. I want those kinds of strains and I want it to be better quality and contaminent free. There really is only one way to ensure that.

I swear to this day, the best weed I've ever smoked/dabbed/made edibles with was an organic GG4 that I grew half assed. Seriously every nug I've had from a dispensary or a dealer hasn't touched it.
