Re: Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team U

Y'all should make the trip up. It will be a blasty blast I know a guy who knows a guy with a booth it's going to be off the chain.
It's a busy time of the year here for us. Not sure we can make it. Too bad we didn't know when it was earlier.

Now it's the issue of medical patients only...missing that little detail. Really considered it until we read that.

HI - subbed in, although very late to the party! (but possible high already so all good :battingeyelashes:)

Haven't read the whole thread yet but have jumped in to random pages and was lucky enough to land on an early time-lapse of the flux... so beautiful! The plant behaviour of lifting and drooping (thirsty & replete times i assume) makes it seem like an undersea anemone of some kind. Look forward to randomly discovering more gems as I catch up haphazardly.

:yummy:

Welcome Amy! Good to see you! We don't expect you to read the whole journal! There is a lot of info there, but a lot of good times and comradery. It's good to reminisce every now and then. Hey, do me a favor, would ya? If you happen across the posts where I quit smoking cigarettes, let me know when that was, please? I didn't save the date, and my stoner mind has chosen to delete that info. Lol!!! Have a great night, and it's nice to meet you!

2 more days makes a year!!!

Hey folks - thanks for the warm welcome!

I've been anonymously cruising the 420forums for years and been a member for a couple of months now, during which time I've read all of Sweet Sue's first 2 journals and the cannabis oil threads, heaps of the HB journals, including a lot of the Q&A, and many other random journals that looked good to me - meaning organic with good discussions and great photos!

And congratulations CannaM on leaving cigarettes/tobacco behind you. :high-five: I did it about 2005 and haven't looked back. I preferred to think it as not so much giving up or quitting, but rather I took up breathing oxygen. I didn't want to feel like there was a 'lack' of anything when life without tobacco actually gave me so much (time, energy, health, money, better skin etc). So kudos - keep it up... hey, keep it green, as they say here :cheertwo:
Indeed, my relationship to weed got better too once tobacco was out of the picture - I became much more connected to the taste and smell as well as the effect, once the weed was pure (I grew up in a culture that mixed weed w tobacco all the time, so glad I left that behind!) :green_heart:
Someone very close to me has just come through a lung cancer surgery. She was a super heavy tobacco smoker until we both stopped together. The cancer found recently was found early, was small and contained and removed cleanly - she has a clear bill of health and no chemo required :thumb: This, we feel, is testament to the fact that it's never to late to stop.

If I could buy the DBHB kit here I probably would (budget allowing) but I sense having it sent across the pacific would not be an option. I'm going to try DB's advice about osmocote+ in some store bought organic soil mix in a GeoPot and see how I go inside. Planning some outdoor grows for the summer coming up. :yummy:

Looking forward to following your growing adventures :circle-of-love:
