Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team Up!

Re: Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team Up!

We moved the beds under the movers to get them some more light. Also made it so there are 2 lights on the rail. Doubled almost tripled the light they had been getting. I'm saying 3 weeks to flip if they keep up their growth rate.

*edit* I'm saying 4 weeks since they are about to lose 6" in height with the training that is about to happen.

Panama Haze day 6. Thanks again Neiko :thumb:

We will be working on the COB LED control panel a little more today and should have some pictures up. The original plan was to use 16 vero 29s as "supplemental" lighting in the flower room but after talking further with canna...its getting upgraded to 32 COBs and just replace the lights in flower all together. At that point we could use those lights in veg. The main goal is to remove the metal halides and the heat that they give off and to save on electricity. More bang for the buck. More money up front but it won't take long to make it back.

Happy Sunday friends! Go cubbies!

Your welcome bud! If you top it once and flip it when she's root bound in the 1 gallon, you will have a monster on your hands. I've had to hold off putting anything else in the tent with the malawi and panama haze because of having to pull the tops over. If she was all natural, she would be over 7' tall right now so consider yourself warned! Congo you can treat like a normal plant. She only stretched about 1.5'. I topped that one once and vegged out in a 3 gallon.

Thanks for the heads up. I want to take a few clones and put one outside and see what it can do. :thumb:

You wouldn't happen to be able to give me the dimensions of a 1 gallon pot would you. I am in the process of building a Stand to hold the lights to cover 12 1 gallon pots, thanks.
6 1/2" diameter and 7" tall. This hula haze got 2 mls of trans and .5 mls of tea this morning. Leaves flying high.

Looking Good Nis!!...bout a week or so away from starting this year's adventure...have a stateside trip starting tomorrow for a couple day's(anniversary trip...35 years)hoping to pick up some grow supplies not able to source locally...cheerz...h00k...:Hookah:

Not sure with the CS but I do know that with STS solution that you can be a week or so late and it'll still work. Sprayed our pineapple express once a week late and it reversed successfully.

Take a stroll through this journal as maybe someone there has the answer for ya.

Creating Female Seeds Using Colloidal Silver - With Doc Buds High Brix Blend Kit

Thanks much. I just realized I have a good situation right now to make some feminized seeds, was going to try it the way you guys did where you only sprayed half the plant. I just flipped to 12/12 about 2 days ago though, and she was already spitting out preflowers.

What a frosty nugs! The brix forest thickens I see. :bravo: Did I hear COBs? Vero 29 gen. 7? Check out also Citizen CLU-1818 it is on a par with the Vero. I got myself 1825 for 36 bucks a piece. You see it gets more interesting from the 50W mark. There are some irregularities in the curves, but it shows the overall picture. I got also measurement chart up to 120W if you want.

I was looking at the citi 1818 first but they found the vero 29s are quite competitive as well. For $24 a chip that makes them even more appealing. Haven't purchased any cobs yet but it may happen here pretty quick.

After coming home to see they ladies in the beds just exploding with growth under the new (to them) lights. I swear it was 2" of growth in 24 hrs. Tonight they will undergo a heavy training session and they should have a really good shape and will be going vertical. The 2 weeks to flip time line I originally was thinking is looking more and more likely. I'll take a couple pictures tonight after they get flattened out.

Until then here is a picture of a DC turning into a male after 2 spraying of STS.

Quick ? Did you start the STS treatment when she went to 12/12? I've got some Blue Dream clones vegging and want to flip them in about 2 weeks. I'm not quite firm on the timing to start spraying the candidate to be reversed.

All looking good in your GR as usual. :goodjob:

This one is an auto and sprayed the first time a couple days after pistils formed. With a photo you spray on flip day then again 7 days later and again 7 days later. By that point you should have an ample amount of pollen sacks. The last time we did it we had pollen in the air 22 days from flip. If wanting to pollinate another photo, flip it a week later than the "male". That'll put it right in prime seed making mode.

Sure Vero is good you can see it's pretty similar to Citizen's 1818 and Cree's CXM22. It depends on the price and the company you will trust.
I wanted to point out that the Citizen 1825 is 30% more expensive, but 25% more efficient. That can pay off in the long run. Just my 2 cents here. Whatever you go with make sure you put quality fuses to protect your fixture. Good luck!

We will have 10 amp push fuses in the control panel before it goes to the fixture. :thumb:

Tonight we did quite the heavy training on them to get them flat before we go vertical with them. This should be the last heavy training hopefully. Maybe one more. It's takes planning ahead on which way to super crop the tops so you don't have any gaps in the canopy.

For reference it is 17" between the uprights on the troughs and each plant has 24" horizontally. Turned the lights off for 20 mins after spraying destress. They will be getting some transplant tomorrow and brix Friday.
