Just strolling through. I have to check out my homie's gardens first so here I am. Hope you're feeling better Canna. I know Nismo is taking good care of you. Can't wait for another build update.

Looks great I'm all FF too, I use all they have, use the feeding schedule for what and when to use. I'm not a flowers kiss guy but use everything else. Nice build going looks like lots of work ahead.

Thanks Noob! He is taking great care of me. Hes doing all the work himself in the flower room, just to get it done. I had to take a nap after a few errands. I feel like a soup sandwich at the moment. He told me to rest, so I rested.

Good advice. Sometimes all the body needs is rest and water.
It was one of those things that I said why the hell not. We have the feeding schedule posted up on the wall right next to where mix up the water. We got the pint bottles since you don't use hardly any of it per gallon of water. The build is about finished. I have almost everything done other than moving the other girls down there. But they have about a week or so left so they can just finish in the tent they are in. Not in a huge rush to push the girls that are in veg over to flower so I can hang lights and the last fan later.

Build update and garden update
Good afternoon friends! Once again we had a busy day in the garden. Unfortunately the girls really didn't get much attention, but I did sit down and havelunch and a smoke with them.
So we will start off with the wall. Drywall and a ton of insulation is in the wall. Put some horizontal 2x4s up in between the studs for hanging stuff on the wall later on. I did hang our 2 - 600 watt ballasts on the wall.
Then on to the flower side of the wall. Starting off after finishing the wall, air exchange with fans was in order. There is an 8" fan right next to the wall exhausting it over to an old dryer duct to exhaust out of the house. There is also a 6" fan and filter from the veg room run into it also. Once the setup that's in flower is available, it will be put in there. So in the veg room there will be a 6" filter and an 8" filter. There will not be in issue with air exchange and smell. The 6" will be hooked up to the 600w HPS light to keep it cool. I think we may be on to something...
As for the lovely ladies in veg, they are doing great. I raised the lights up about 6" so that they stretch a little bit before we put them into flower and they can stretch some more! We want a good 12"-18" of vertical so we can get some bodacious buds! Starting in the next update, we will start putting the age with all of the girls to make it easier. The bigger girls are about 68 days old. Ill have to look at the calendar and get the exact ages for everyone.
Our Miss Sparkle Cheese is taking the show right now sitting about 17" tall from soil to the top of the canopy. She is almost 2' in diameter, so tomorrow ill spread her apart a little more and get a little bit closer to the 3' in diameter goal.
The flux adventure Elizabeth crown royale is moving along quite well. The 300w CFLs will be put in tomorrow. I'm going to wire up the fixture tonight so it can be hung tomorrow.
After the feed they got 4 days ago has made a big difference in the Monster Cropping clone. Haven't really noticed new growth until today with it coming out of top of the bud! And yes she looks like she is floating lol.
Then to wrap up the bunch tonight is our OG Kush clone Sanjja. She was topped a couple days ago and she is doing great!
That's all I have for the day, time to relax and watch some tv and smoke a couple bowls. Everyone get some rest tonight, tomorrow is Monday. Wish I could do this all day everyday and have a forest to tend to. Take it easy and stay classy friends.

Looking awesome Nismo. It's hard to follow the ventilation system at first; but after re-reading your explanation instead of glancing over it to get to the pictures, I see what you're doing now. The plants look lovely. No signs of stress whatsoever. I love that you have some big girls in there. They should be freaking huge when you get them in flower!!

Sorry about the confusion noob. Everything is running into the 8" tee. Picked up a 8" x 6" x 6" wye for the three lines running to it. I'm glad that I work in construction and know how to do most of this stuff. Got a couple war wounds to go with this project so I have blood and sweat into it already, maybe some tears when we harvest close to 2 pounds in just under 3 months.
What's up nastyace? You have joined at a very exciting time with the build and all the lovely ladies growing like no tomorrow. Have a seat on the couch just outside of the room, it is 65 degrees and we have plenty of purple kush to go around.Subbed to this one now nismo whats been going on here?

Here is my aged bottle of fan leaves (green and dry), a few stems, and 91% isopropyl alcohol. We broke up the leaves, then poured the alcohol on them. We would shake it vigorously every few days. The alcohol extracts the oils and green color (unfortunately). When you put it on your skin, the alcohol evaporates and leaves the oils to absorb into the skin.
I used a makeup applicator with this remedy so I don't get green coloring on my fingers and finger nails.
Goes on cool and I could feel the alcohol evaporate. Now the nagging wrist pain isn't as naggy. Maybe if I used it more habitually it would do away with the pain completely. Maybe not. I'll make more of an effort to use it on the daily. Have a great night everyone!!

I wouldnt have known about if I never came to these forums. I read about it over on Sweet Sue's journal. Figured it would help us to use the plant to its full potential. We haven't made concentrates successfully, yet. We were missing a clamp to be able to try the oil extraction with a hair straightener answer wax paper. The clamp is used on the straightener to give it an extra squeeze. That's what pushes the oils away from the plant material. Maybe I'll give it a go now, and see what happens.
I've got the rig all set up and ready for our first dabs. Kinda want to share the moment with Nismo when he is home. I think I'll wait for him to be here with me. We'll keep you updated.

Lol of course dabs are always better shared. I read about that method, be interested in seeing how it works for you. I got ice hash stuff cause it seemed the easiest but I'd like to try making oil or shatter. Looking forward to the surprise news.

We have bubble bags we will use with all the popcorn buds and clippings from the first harvest. We just have to find the time to do it. LolLol of course dabs are always better shared.
