With your water temperature delta being that high, that could be causing huge pH swings.

So true! I didnt think of this also. Some mornings when i would PH Adust, it would be 15c. I know this is not good so i would leave to sit and warm up to 1 or so before watering which for sure changes the PH ...With your water temperature delta being that high, that could be causing huge pH swings.
Your water temps are bad for coco I don't no what container u use to water but I put my nutes in my container then my container in my sink fill sink with warm water and leave container with my temp probe in there when it gets to 20c I take my container out then feed here's whats quoted on a websiteSo true! Cold Water
Cold water tends to be more of an issue than hot water. This is usually because water is much colder during the winter months, especially for growers that use their own tap water. Anything lower than 15°C will cause your plants’ roots to almost entirely cease growing and can hardly absorb some nutrients such as phosphorus. This element can’t be absorbed at temperatures lower than 10-15°C, causing clear nutrient deficiencies.
The most obvious symptom of cold water is that your plants’ leaves will begin to go a dark color, similar to purple, with clear deterioration in the stem and leaves, which will also become super brittle and break easily, drastically reducing the final yield obtained.
So, sadly i am going to have to bump this thread. My problem seems to have gone away and come back after taking all precautions. I have replied to this fellas post, as i am now leaning towards this being the issue. Despite having aadequate circulation / light / ventilation etc.Could be Downy Mildew but that is just a guess not sure.
Good morning my friend hope your weekend is going well. So, sadly i am going to have to bump this thread. My problem seems to have gone away and come back after taking all precautions. Here are some pics of leaves i believe to be effected and also the overal plant.
Note what looks to be a powerdy issue perhaps only on the underside of leaves ? The problem does NOT effect upper leaves, it is all at the base of the plant. I understand that branches and leaves at bottom of plant can die off or look necroctic at times. However i have never encountered this.
EDIT: I should point out that i just noticed this issue is near a fan, however i dont think wind burn is the cause here.
Glad your doing well Amigo. You always come with news that makes me feel better Bill cheers haha ! im doing good thankyou. I am going to move fan around right now sir ! will get back.
Could you please explain at all how she may be hungry ? I didnt want to touch EC because it is coming out slightly above But youre advice has never let me down before so i am all ears lol !
I have been using this Feed chart for some time and whenever i go all out on it i get burnt tips about to show first white pistils i think since the flip, so i believe you may be right about 1.3 EC being a bit short. i will up her next feed for sure.Glad your doing well Amigo.
I'm judging by the looks of your plants.
A touch hungry IMO.
It could be the light but I'm inclined to think a good feed will improve things.
Not sure on your nutrients or ppm but I'd be at 700 to 800 ppm minimum by now.
But what does the schedule for your nutrients recommend?
Are you following their feed chart?

A couple burnt tips won't hurt, don't worry about that.I have been using this Feed chart for some time and whenever i go all out on it i get burnt tips about to show first white pistils i think since the flip, so i believe you may be right about 1.3 EC being a bit short. i will up her next feed for sure.
I should note that ince i took the advice you gave me about a little drink of Silica here and there, i have noticed results big time ! Its a shame i have been wasting all my Amino Treatment up until now haha!
So....A couple burnt tips won't hurt, don't worry about that.
Feed them beautiful ladies.

I don't measure run off.So....
EC In = 1.3 EC
EC Out = 1.5 EC
PH in 5.8 PH
PH Out = 5.9/6.0
Sorry to be asking the tedious questions, but how much can the Runoff EC be above the input EC before it is considered danger zone ? I feed twice a day with 15%/20% run off, I cannot afford any mishaps this run
Not sure if PH Out matters these days or not in coco. I have now inspected the leaves away from fan and they seem fine. Now i know how many fans Bill has... I feel like I have a little wind up my sleeves
