OK - She looks healthy! That's a pretty sharp bend, tho you might get away with it. I think those little nubby things just above the bend are rudimentary roots. The plant gets the message that its nutrient flow is limited and responds by trying to make more roots where they're needed. And most of the growth energy has already been redirected to the branches. If the bend doesn't heal and toughen up, the top should be extra easy to root as a cutting, or air root before cutting off.
It looks like there's plenty of plant below, so losing the top would be like delaying your grow by a week, but having a bushier more balanced plant. And having a second plant!
If this sounds shocking, don't worry, she can be a great plant either way.
