the fan was used in conjunction with it.

hint 2 AC & extension cord & to fight off fungus/ health-help

NEW clue: low budget item for hot dinner & that round thing, in between silverware at dinner table

OK, times up, hot & plate, used to lower humidity with small fan dispersing the heat, to lower humidity , to stop mold.

It's a hot-plate and it fits in their "like a glove" (slang for fits well, daT) :rofl:
