Wardrobe Grow - CFL- Only - Auto Mazar + Rescued Cannatonic + Dieseltonic

It is, unfortunately  It's spreading upwards along the stem.

The branch today was the first one after the bandage on the way up.

I think the garlc poultice only prolonged the inevitable for a while.

It's been great for almost a month, now this.

If I leave it, it may spread to the cannatonic

-fyp

That stem pic is scary. It looks like a cannabis version of Necrotizing Fasciitis (flesh eating bacteria)!

That's basically what it is. It wiped out the american chestnut trees...

that 20th century epidemic that struck down over three and a half billion in North America in the space of a few decades

—the American chestnut blight

These chestnut trees, Castanea dentata to be precise, were stately giants often 100 feet or more in height with crowns that spanned 100 feet. Their straight trunks provided billions of dollars worth of beautiful, rot-resistant wood, and the bountiful nuts provided far more than the traditional stuffing for Thanksgiving turkeys. Combined they had made up a quarter of the forest canopy from Maine to Mississippi.

Is it possible to clone the branches you think will survive?

I think so, all it does is cut off nutrition and water to the whole branch.

I'm just going to cut as many as I have room for.

She has served me well anyway. Thank god for clones :partyboy:

Thank hydrogen. God too. :)

Ya I just read up some, looks like it chokes off the stem so the upper dies. hope you got a gal of clonex sir. :)
It just dawned on me.
I dont think the cloneabouts and whatnot were willy nilly. I think it was a serendipitous...

Nice word, very apt :high-five:

I wanted to clone the cannatonic anyway,

so I have a fresh bottle of clonex and a pile of rockwool cubes and peat jiffys :)

The cloneabouts were truly heaven-sent :circle-of-love:

Ewww, that is gut wrenching news. Just a stab in the dark, but would hydrogen peroxide help at all?

I dont think so. Rainstaxx.

According to what I have read, the only cure is to infect the infection with a "good" form of the same fungus.

And there ain't nobody got time for dat :lot-o-toke:

I am glad to read that you have a solid plan. May the force be with you and your clones(pun on purpose) master jedi Ricorico.
:Namaste:

The Force is strong with you, Rainstaxx.

Let the clone wars begin.

:Namaste:

Happy Friedday Rico:)
Sad to read that you have blight. Hope you have stopped the spread.
