You can get 94% here in Ontario, but you have to email the LCBO for a "letter of authorization" and then let your local outlet know so they can bring in a bottle.

thats for 1 bottle? wow i guess it would be cheaper if you didn't live out in the boonies, hope you find a more cheaper way to get the Everclear maybe Melvilles suggestion
