I've got one of those in my backyard, except it's "sorta" black...you got me thinking now (uh-oh)
I could use some shelves in my grow room...hmmmmmm....

Does yours have horrible nasty plastic coating on it too??

It took me about 1.5 hrs to chip it all off. Now it looks like this.

Yeah -that's why it's "sorta" black- You're doing it right, cleaning it all up-I'll probably just bang it on the ground a few times to knock off the loose stuff- It'll match the decor in the "junk room" that way :)
 
Finally warm enough here to stain again. Shelf is done and will be installed in the morning.
I may give it a day or two to gas off and cure a bit before I put anything in there.
Trying to think of creative ways to cram all of my equipment in there (That's what he said) it's gonna be a tight fit....
 
My reign of terror is coming to an end....:thumb:
