Virgin Ground And The Little Star Asterion

Progress is being made.

This. Do this!

Wait what? I suggest rinsed perlite, small hole 1" up the side, add water, cuttings sunk to just above the hole. I may be able to find a link to the technique somewhere. ;)
Those are some nice, big ,fluffy balls you have there, Sheddy.
:thumb: I have my fingers crossed for ya!

Yeah the SOG sounds like the way to go. I discovered that I have 9 plastic one gallon pots. They should work great, although I may have to water daily in the end. I'll flip them pretty fast to try to keep em on the smaller side.

Lmfao.
I was thinking of making a bigger cloner. I'd like them to be as consistent as possible in regards to size.
I could always do a perlite trough and root them all together. Lol.
I may just make a larger bubble cloner though.
Undecided as of yet.

The Blueberry colas look huge. Wanna do a thumb pic for comparison?

Congrats on the babies. What are they again?

All I can say is

:oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops:
and
:adore::adore::adore::adore::adore:
Lol..
Thanks Jon.
She's just a naturally beautiful plant.
I know I'm not doing anything special.
What Jon said!
You too? Lol

Thanks hon..
YOWZA! That Blueberry is just stunning! :drool:The babies are cutie pies too.
Thanks Boo!
Yeah... Babies like the new @Atreum Lighting Hydra 3200. They all look great.
Just a little fyi...I'm going to be doing a lot of shameless plugging for those guys. Fantastic company to work with.
Sumptuous buds sis!
Thanks Stone.
Even a blind squirrel finds a nut,right!?!?

I can certainly do one later but I may use a lighter. They tend to be a more consistent size. Finger size can vary so much between folks.

The babies are three (one not pictured) Cookies crosses that are gonna be frosty af. Those are reg seeds. The bottom two are the Wookiee Auto(l) that one is a cookies x wedding cake iirc. Then we have the Blueberry auto(r) from @CoffeeShopSeeds.

The Critical died. No idea what her issue was. I will drop another but I decided to do it a bit later so I can grow a larger plant.

I need to start a Forum. That is a must have for my pain management. That's just another reason to delay the Critical auto for a bit.
My pain relief comes first.

It's kinda cool. J and Carcass are growing some of my babies and I'm growing one from J.
So far mine are viable.:slide:
I just hope they grow somewhat like mine did. I realize that every grower can bring out different traits just from their environment, equipment and nutes. What they grow could end up being vastly different from anything I grew.
It's gonna be fun to watch for sure!
Both of those gentlemen have quite a way with the (auto) ladies...

Lol..

Lol...
It's the truth.
I've been too busy to do anything other than feed my girls.
I haven't been doing the best job at that either. She's gone a bit too dry once or twice.

LMAO. Please refer to my latest post, back a couple on the current page, where I discuss with Costanza the concept of how our standards get higher and higher as we know more and more. Ha ha.

Hey @HashGirl

Here is the pic that I promised...
Decent size.
Wow. Yeah, decent size I guess...... Lol. Don't you love how the Blueberry buds form? I just grew it and mine were not terribly different in terms of the shape of the buds (other than that yours are way more beautiful than mine were, wow). I just love the formation of this strain, and it was way easy of a trim too. Goddamn you must be excited. Can we get a smell report at some point?

Ugh. I'm disappointed.
I found some seeds on the Peppermint Kush. A lot more than I'd like to see, which is none.
They looked to be a few weeks old, so now her clone is getting culled.
I have a few more seeds that I'll try later on. Hopefully I can get a stable mom to make some seeds. Maybe I'll try a new batch from Barney's.
This makes me think that the Blueberry will have some seeds from the PK. Not necessarily a bad thing...not necessarily a good thing.
I also won't really know what they are until I grow them. For all I know the Blueberry could end up being a hermie too. I may have a mix of seeds on that plant.
I just hope that she doesn't have too many. If she does I'll make her into oil, dry ice kief or bubble hash.

I'll give the Blueberry a stem rub after her lights come on. I have to check for seeds anyway. I did a stem rub a few weeks ago and she smelled like sweet with a hint of berries. They can change a lot in a few weeks though..

Hey @Virgin Ground - sorry about the disappointment. Understood. At least you're seeing the upside. Maybe it would make you feel better to hear that at least this grower believes that based on how those BB buds look, it appears doubtful that they have expended any energy on seed making.

:ciao:

Let's hope that's the case ,Jon.
I hate picking seeds out of buds.
On the Blueberry, I thought that was one of the downsides of that strain, that it was prone to hermies. Or are you saying you think the peppermint has gone rogue as well?
It was the Peppermint Kush that has seeds.
Gotta wait to see what happens with the Blueberry.
The Peppermint Kush may have just had some nanners. She was let go well beyond her harvest suggestions.
I wanted her to have plenty of amber
My thumb is always the same: :thumb:
Lol...wise guy.

May the 4th be with you..... :passitleft:

Hey @Virgin Ground, is it your experience that when you keep a plant "well beyond her harvest suggestions" (longer than they say it takes to flower out by a significant margin) that nanners become more probable? I think I have. Seems when I let one go too long I may get a handful of seeds here and there. No flat white bullshit hermie seeds, all fully developed and easily removed, not enough to matter to anyone. I figured it was just the plant defending itself, trying to live, and shooting a nanner or two I missed towards the end that rapidly develop fully formed seeds.
