One I want is a local bock, it's decent enough and everywhere. There is a grocery that stocks about 250 singles near me...want to go there and build a couple 6 packs.

Nice. I was going to call the new microbrewery , see what they have to offer. Gotta have some ready by Thanksgiving.
 
Have you ever heard about beer poking @AngryBird ? Beer+ stein+ hot poker= super creamy, warm dark beer.

A pic from my brewery. Well, when I lived in Minnesota. I still go back regularly.
 
The poker carmelizes the sugars. It gives it a very thick creamy head that has a texture reminiscent of marshmallow.

Hey, they really don't look too bad. Makes my first grow look like crud. The difference... New light and pHing my water/ nutes.

Next time I should have pH and ppm meters along with bud boosters and a better understanding of my lights. Should be even better. Love those colors.
