You inspire me . I think that's the same tote I was considering using vex. How many plants your gonna go with?

They're sturdy totes, and not too bad price wise. I'm a fan of the black and yellow, black and yellow! Lol

4 plants in each phase; Clones, Veg, Bloom. .

At least, that's how I see it in my madness, I mean, mind. .

I may add an airstone to each tote. This way I could isolate and turn to them into DWC if needed. I really would like to have 2 different strains going on each run. .

I have a 6" bar air stone in the 4 grow buckets and a large cylinder stone for the rez

Looks great vex! The only thing is the drain openings arent flush against the totes. They look like they come up a few inches. Easy to just vacuum out but just curious if you are planning on trimming them down? I used some male and female pvc conduit fittings as a bulk head but cut off the ring that raised up into the bucket for a lower profile using a hacksaw. Not sure how much water will be left if you leave it tall but my wetvac only hold 5gal and its a big pain to vacuum my dewey tote. Wish i could drain out the window or something.

I should've mentioned it, but I plan to drill 4-8 holes near the bottom of drain PVC inlet. That should allow a near full drain. .

Also, I still plan to let the roots grow into painter mesh bags. In theory, this should allow easy transport to Bloom chamber, and cause zero clogs in drain and Dewey Mister. Let's see!!

Hello fellow 420 enthusiasts, and welcome to my new perpetual journey!

I wanted to start this journal while the new space and system are still in the planning/design/build stages.

I'm hoping to share my ideas and gain some feedback from the crew! This should be a blast!

The journal's details will evolve as we move forward.

This is 1 design, dual 2x4 chambers, but see a flaw with accessing the plants for training, defol, etc. I'll have more space to maneuver, plus reservoirs and A/C.

The 2nd design (in progress) centers both chambers, 2x3 and 2x4, but will give me about 1.5 feet on each end for reservoirs, A/C. It'll be a tight squeeze, but I'll be able to access the plants from both ends.
