My thoughts exactly at this point. Not sure there's much I'll be able to do about it now though. I could possibly try and move those two into bigger buckets at the weekend.Still a long way to the finish line Vet, yellow is concerning me a touch.
Do you think you might have grown too many roots in those great pots?
And the bigger ones are having a harder time getting enough nutrients?
Just 2 cents.
Great work Amigo.

That's what happens when you get too good at growing. My thoughts exactly at this point. Not sure there's much I'll be able to do about it now though. I could possibly try and move those two into bigger buckets at the weekend.

Everything bursts out of its containers and tents.
It's a logical explanation to the yellowing.
Or at least a starting point.
But I've never used that method so I'm not 100 % on the diagnosis.
It makes sense though.
Let me know what you decide.
You might need extra hands to uppot those.
Take care Vet.

Would be nice for me anyway as i use the same nutes.
To find out the issue.
But like bill i have never used hempy so nothing i can really add.
Only thing i can add as you know i dont use any other product other than what you know.
And i dont really get much yellowing.
Tbh most of my grows never really turn heavy yellow with shogun as you can see in my journals.
Maybe thats feeding upto the chop or strains or having big pots.
You had some real BIG root balls mate maybe root bound? (as bill said)
Still looks like some weight on those ladies and a nice harvest coming i can
almost smell the skunk.
It used to be common practice to cut or pull the root ball before up-potting.Well I've ordered two 5L buckets that should arrive tomorrow. Think I'll fill the res on those with clay pebbles, pop the skunks out of their pots, pop them in top of the clay pebbles and fill the edges with perlite. What could possibly go wrong? Would anyone recommend breaking the roots up slightly if they're really compact and balled up? Would that encourage them to spread out into the new space better?
It'll be interesting to see how their roots are.6 weeks in already. The Godfather OG and Platinum Cookies should only have 2-3 weeks to go. Godfather OG is advertised as 49-63 days.
The 5 litre buckets arrived today. I've drilled the holes and prepped the bottom with clay pebbles. Hopefully tomorrow night I can rinse some perlite and get the Skunks transplanted.
Photo dump.
I'll find a way. No way I'm going to the trouble of transplanting them at this stage and not getting a pic of the roots during the process. Fingers crossed it will keep them a little happier for their final weeks.Your going to need an extra set of hands to get pics.
Yeah I'm not a strong royalist either but I did serve in her air force and she was a great queen. So it is sad. She had a great innings though.Sorry to hear about your Queen Vet. My wife broke down in tears when she heard, and she's no hardcore royalist.

I've just realised I know exactly what this is. I was putting some sealant on a pipe connection and the sealant tube did a watery fart on me. Will have to check it's not sprayed on any of the buds.Noticed this on one of the Skunks leaves. Will need to get the scope out for a better look.
Great job on the pics and uppot.Back to the plants. I managed to transplant the Pungent Skunk tonight. Gently loosened up the roots a little before dropping her in the bigger bucket. She's ended up leaning a little so I'll have to get some support. A little closer to the light too. Let's see how she responds before I do the Skunk.
The rest of the ladies. Damn they're getting sticky now.
