Unknown Strain From Seed - First Time Grow

I was using cheap espoma organic start nutes 1-2-2
Seedlingers fert. 3-0.6-0.6
And
Soul grow N. 8-0-0+Ca 8%
I use the soul grow N every watering and use the espoma orgain start every other watering and the seedlingers once a month unless I think they need more

I wouldn't worry about one small spot if you mean that plant in the yellow pot.
My expectations are 4 oz. per plant for my indoor plants. Too many variables to make a guess as to what you will get, but 1 oz. should be a slam-dunk, if you keep 'em happy.
I can't tell how big your current pots are, but if you are still watering every three days, something isn't right. I'd also be very careful adding high 'N' nute's with every watering. They don't appear over-fed or burnt yet, so you must not be using much.

I have a one gallon pot and the other one is a little smaller I am going to up pot them but honestly im scared to hurt them I would think it would be best if the main stem was a little bit thicker but I dont really know because I have no prior experience. How do you do it the best to keep them from to much shock/stress

The main stem does not matter at all when it comes to transplanting. What does matter is how well the root ball has developed. You want them to be root bound, or close to it when you move the plant.

Wait until the soil is dry. This makes the soil contract slightly and it is much lighter. When the soil is wet, it swells, making it more difficult to remove. It is also much heavier when wet which can tear roots up easily. So do it when the plants are ready for a drink.

Fill the new pot with soil. Water it well. Place the existing pot into the new pot of soil. Make a hole in the new soil so the pot just fits snug and is flush with the surface. This makes sure you have the correct size hole for the plant. Put your hand over the top of the old pot with the main stem between your fingers. Your pots are not completely full of soil which will make the next part a little more difficult. Turn the pot completely over, allowing your hand to catch the root ball, soil, and plant. If it doesn't just fall out, give it a sharp rap on the top (bottom) and sides of the pot. If that doesn't do it, squeeze the pot in a few places to loosen things up. Once it falls out, you are ready for the next step. You'll hate it, but trust me, this is common practice for cannabis and almost all transplanting: If you have a well-developed root ball, use a sharp knife or box cutter to vertically score the outside roots in 4 evenly-spaced places. This loosens them up. It does not hurt or shock the plant. It lets the plant grab ahold of the new soil much quicker.Drop it into the new soil and water it in well. Done. Within a week, or so, it will be thanking you.

Sorry for the crap pic's

More Indica, but with some Sativa undertones. A lot of head high with a nice body high. Not to much just enough.
