You can add rooting accelerators from the very beginning. As for real nutrient mixes with higher NPK values, some people say you can start after two weeks, others say just wait for the second or third set of leaves. I think there's no rule carved into stone when it comes to feeding. At what age are you supposed to start giving nutes? when the second dode shoes or what?

With a hot soil, you might not need to add extra nutes in the first 4-6 weeks. With a lightmix or coco, you want to start earlier. When you go hydro, the only available nutes are what you personally provide to your plants.
I believe a general rule is that you want to start in minimal doses, like 15-30% of the recommended dose, and if you don't see any nuteburn, you slowly increase the dose week by week.
By the way, good luck with the new job!
Got a few new pots today so i can get the younglings in a bigger container so they can start bulking up. I also got the Cyco supa sticky i had yet to get so i now have the full bloom set need a bottle of ryzo fuel but i think it might be illegal? Not sure. but i got them in their own larger pot and got them in the clay pebbles and out of their perlite starter cups. The buds are really coming in on the professor x i have it on a 11 on 13 off schedule to hopefully speed her up since she's late for her age, thought on this? Is 12 12 better or should I stick with how i've been doing it? There are sooo many bud sites i'm thinking about trimming off the ones that don't appear like they will produce much to focus groth to the bigger ones. I've never done that before does anyone have any input on that as well?
She's asleep right now and i don't want to have to show her light so i will update with more photos and some up close looks at the buds starting! I work tomorrow so it'll be laterin the day.
Hope you all are well, Here's to beautiful days, and full J's . Smoke on!
I don't think you should trim budsites. I've only heard about trimming leaves, not actual budsites.i'm thinking about trimming off the ones that don't appear like they will produce much to focus groth to the bigger ones. I've never done that before does anyone have any input on that as well?

Sounds like she's changing gears and putting the pedal down. She has the potential to be a big beautiful beast of a plant!
