UK Cheese Auto Grow

Either there nearly ready to chop or our lacking in something mate. Nice buds tho
Agreed, I feel it's some sort of Nute Burn/lockout of Potassium (K) However it's also getting very close to harvest as the Trichomes are most all cloudy.

Big difference between a couple of days and a few weeks! If it's a couple of weeks it's probably worth solving.
I'm going to do a rather complete flush out with 5.75pH'd water only tomorrow morning. It's in the Flower Tent with the SLH's in a dark period. until 10:30 tonight.

Day 67 - I ran a one gallon clear water flush balanced at 6.0pH. Considering the Hempy reservoir holds less than a quarter of than, I replaced most everything in the hempy and in the reservoir. Then I took my normal mix and diluted 100%. That is I had a half gallon premixed and filled it with filtered water to make it a full gallon. Re-balanced at 5.75pH and poured in a full quart with some runoff.

While I was at it I took some pictures outside the tent without any LED lighting. There had been a question regarding the purple hue in a previous picture. The Perfect Sun Mini's do create quite a bit of burple. So here they are:
Lights off
Flash on
Lot's of reflective trichomes

Just a note, while I had the UK Cheese outside the tent I was able to really appreciate a sweet cheese smell. Certainly not a sour blue cheese, definitely had some nice cheese notes to it. Don't know why I never really picked up on it in the other smaller tent. Nice!

Day 75 - Still just chugging along. Trichomes are looking cloudy still. There could possibly be some amber coming in on some sugar leaves, but I understand that doesn't really count. At almost Eleven weeks I guess I was expecting harvest a couple of weeks ago. Could be temp, lights, nutrients or who the hell knows.

Regardless, here are some pictures. I'm not in a hurry, the colas seem to continue to bulk up and stack and that's a wonderful thing.

Starting with a top birds eye view. Lots of colas. I count about 15 maybe?

In case you missed it:

I will probably go 10 days of flush. the above picture is at 6 days. The flushing forces a obvious change in the plant. They use all the stored energy in there leaves and push it into the flowers. "Flushing" is the common term used and I find it projects an image of someone drowning the root zone with water for 10+ days straight. I believe "Finishing" would be more appropriate term used for what most growers do. I feed the plant with just water only (ph'ed appropriately) and let the root zone dry out between watering like I normally would. With out the nutrients the magic begins so to speak. I have visually noticed the plant push out more frost as if to say "here you go this is all I have left". As far as the smoke goes it can smooth out the hit and round off the taste.

I did miss it. Good info. I’m thinking it might be time to start the “finishing”. I did reduce by half the nutrition I’ve been giving previously about a week to ten days ago.

Day 77 - Seed company says that it should have a "Comprehensive Live Cycle of 60-65days. A little over that by about 10days at least. I am seeing a little amber I think. This plant now has the entire tent to herself and I have dropped the Mini's down to within 18inches of the top colas. Watered tonight again with just plain water at 6pH with some Sweet Candy additive. Will monitor the amber development over the next 24 to 36. It could be lights out time for her also.

I have to laugh as I had all the greatest intentions of finishing off this plant with a good flushing/finish. Wasn't in the cards. I took the SLH's out of the flowering tent, dropped the lights over the UK Cheese on Thursday. Yesterday morning Friday, with a finishing watering I did the normal trichome inspection and there was amber/gold on some of the buds. Not very much and don't want much for sure. So light out for this girl also. Total time from seed pop to lights out 78days/eleven weeks. Smells very nice and sweet cheesy to me in the moment. Will leave in dark until at least Monday and wet trim and hang then.

I went ahead and harvested the UK Cheese after two days in the dark. I did a semi wet trim this morning where I went through and popped all of the fans off and groomed a few to see how they looked. Had some Uber driving to do this afternoon to hit a bonus so figured I could finish it off this evening.

Over all I'm extremely pleased with this first effort with an Auto grow plant. The Colas are thick and tightly packed. I'll have an official count later as to how many Colas there actually are.

Final pictures before the harvest.
