The taste is definetly where she shines. The cookie taste with some sweetness from the cherry pie is off the charts.

OC#5 Harvest

She came out rather spectacular.. Tons of frost and a stinky limey smell. I had a little help trimming her so it went fast. Found a few late flower bananas but I think those are from me constantly under watering... I'm trying to keep this post short and sweet so enjoy!

Quick lil veg tent update. Everything is going well except I'm running a little warm due to weather and my landlord making me take my ac window out... Not allowed.. I'll have to get a portable unit this summer..
I'm currently vegging 4 BDAY Cakes And 1 Urkle. I just popped some Og13 Seeds from G13 Labs and Some Purple Envy seeds from feminized seeds. The G13 should be real gassy and kushy which is a new flavor for my grow. The purple envy seeds are supposed to be a cross of Urkle , GDP and Grape Ape... sounds interesting.. They won't hit the flowering for at least 6 to 7 weeks

Very interested in your Grow. I am planing a similar system as well.. 1-2x4.5x5 for starts/clones and veg.. and a 4x4x6'6 for flowering
I have a 4' 4 bulb T5 in my veg tent, and love yer idea of the clone/starter bubble on top of the light.. Im gunna steal that from ya
Gunna go HID in the Big Tent, and will be ducted out to my A/C return air duct.

Now Im not looking for as much harvest as you, but a constant flow of plants sounds fun as easy to do.

Im currently doing Purple Kush and CBD Dutch Treat, both Fem... Im looking for a good relaxing couch stuffer high and then some medicinal pain/sleep aid as well, so started with these two. Id like to find a few strains that can keep me motivated durring the day as well as ease the pain.

How is the Blueberry to smoke? I was debating on it next grow. Its lighter THC bud so was curious how it smokes and the High

Welcome and thanx for checking out the journal..

What's up Stavman. Nice choice on the veg tent, I wish I would have got something a little taller than 4ft. The humidity dome and tray work really good on top of the t5 and it eliminates the need for a heating mat. I use a small single bulb 2 ft t5 above the humidity dome for clones and saving genetics.

When I first started growing I was doing 4 plants in the 4x4 at a time and I've went as high as 12 plants in a 4x4. I'm sitting a 9 to 10 right now and have been thinking of dropping down to 6. What I've noticed is that my yeild doesn't really change when I reduce my plant count, they seem to fill the canopy no mater what. My reason for doing more than 4 is because if I had a issue with one plant that was a quarter of my yeild. Now if I'm unhappy with a plant or 2 it doesn't seem to bother me as much.

This is my first run with the Blueberry so I haven't had the opertunity to try her yet. She smells good but shes growing slow and doesn't really seem to happy. She looks like she's building some dense indica nugs though so hopefully she smokes well. The Purple Urkle I've been growing is probably the best night time meds I have. After about a hour and a half after smoking her I feel burned out and ready to sleep. Most my other strains have been hybrids and they are very heady with no burned out feeling afterwards. The more Sativa dominant hybrids seem to be more uppity.

The Purple Urkle looks epic for sure... Im Hoping my Purple Kush gives me a similar effect... My green cards lands any day and will be testing some strains to see what fits my current situations. That will be fun.. Almost like in Oregon in the 80's and all the Hydroponic weed

Flowering tent update:

Things are moving along nicely in the flowering tent and they are still being watered everyday. I tied to get some 5 gallon pots today but they were out so I'll be running 3gs again.

Blueberry @6 weeks.
She may turn into a swan after all. She took a while to get going but she's got some dense flowers so far. Fingers crossed she turns out great.

Urkle X OC #1. My least favorite pheno. She seems a little Sativa dominant with her bud growth and the frost is very mediocre. Smells good though and I'm sure she will smoke good but I'm looking for a keeper.

Pheno #2
She's a nice plant. The buds look similar to the #3 pheno. She's shorter than the other two with some real nice branching and a decent amount of trics. She also smells great and I may have to keep her too.

My guaranteed keeper. Pheno 3.
This is exactly what I'm looking for. Indica dominant bud growth, nice tight spacing, quick flowering, lots of frost, easy to clone and the most fantastic smell. She should yeild well too. I have high hopes for this lady.

.. Too busy. The first few weeks of my perpetual was ruff. I finally got into a groove but even now it's overwhelming at times. Especially around harvest time when everything wants to be watered ,re potted, cutting clones while curing my buds and processing the trim. I'm finally caught up today but that will only last about 3 to 4 weeks, then I'll chop the next batch and rotate again.. those 3 weeks of stress free smoking are marvelous though.

Thanx for the complements on my lil garden. It's been a wonderful learning experience for me and to have others enjoy it makes me all tingley inside. I never knew I would be so proud of a plant I grew.

Sorry, no YouTube channel. I've become very anti social and anti social media over the years and am currently trying to snap out of it. Joining this forum has helped a lot but it's taken time. I'm much more talkative these days.

We have some updates today, some good some bad but it's all part of the Journey

Here's the veg tent doing her thing. Clones and small plants up top, 4 BDAY Cakes and 1 Urkle down low.

5 seedlings ,3 OG13 and 2 Purple Envy.

Lots going on in here.. Canopy shot of the flowering tent.

Some shots of the Blueberries.. Not sure how these ar ed going to turn out but they smell good and look dense.

OC #3, She's just getting started. She's much shorter and bushier than #5.. She was a favorite last time due to her stronger cookie Flavor and sweetness but I was unsure of her stability so we're running her again.

I should have a couple more updates today. I bought a new phone with a better camera so I would like to get some pics with it for my final OC5 harvest update.

I also had a issue last night when I locked my cat in my grow tent for a couple hours.. Stupid cat .. She tore some shit up and I was a little upset last night but I'm laughing about it now. She put a bunch off holes in my tent and destroyed some branches and leaves on 3 of my Urkles.. I guarantee I'll never lock her in there again.. Luv ya Roxy!

Thank for the compliments... it's definitely a lot of work and was a little more than I could chew at first but it turns into a routine after awhile. Remembering what's going on and what's feed what and when can be tough too but I have a pretty good memory. I should probably be marking a calendar..

OC#5 harvest results
After all was said and done I had 3.1 Oz Jared with a Lil popcorn. Not the best yield but I hit my goal with 8.6oz for the month so I'm fine with the results.. She shined with her quality and crazy ass smell. Super frosty with a more sativa heady high. She's nice and dense up top and really fluffy down under. I'll remove more growth next time I run her.

She came out nice with a little dash of color. Her smell is where she shines the stongest.. Super stinky and will fill a room in 10 seconds flat. She reeks of lime flavored Kool aid with extra lime, and the slightest sweetness from her cookie genetics. She smell carries for days when it's burned and is very distinct and unique. The taste is just like the smell, limey and sour.

Overall I'm happy with this months the harvest,.. The yield could use some love but I'm more concerned with the quality. I believe she's stable. No more seeds found but I did see a couple of bananas but I think that was from me to torturing my plants in 2 gallon pots...

Here's some pictures of the damage caused by my kitty Kat. She snuck into the tent right before I zipped up and had a adventure for a couple hours..

There use to be a branch here. Now it's a notch and a huge strip of raw stem. I hope she heals up and makes some buds still..

Some twisted tops that got bent down... I hope they straighten out.

I lost a couple small side beaches on this one. All busted up.. sorry Urkle
