Very nice tips, got some ideas how to do it better next time!
Also my seedlings have reached the surface
Atleast the first one i planted and (oddly) the last one. I have put them in number order starting from the top left going to the down right.
First seedling that took 70 hours to germinize

Cheers for all advice! It's nice that its going in the right direction, now i have to look up some good neutrients to order!
If i start to worry over something again (which very well might happen) can i post in this thread or is there another place for this sort of questions?
