Some purple would be nice.
Not banking on it though. Pretty certain everyone in the comparative grow have green phenos, and every friend I've seen grow the PGC has had green buds.

I think the only purple colored PGC I've ever seen is in those stock photos on Seedsman's site.
Meh, it's whatever... I'm hunting for terps and potency when I grow. Color isn't even a factor for me.
I sure don't mind when they purple up though. My temps haven't been on much of a flux so I'm with you there. Lots of bud on them I'm noticing!

That's been my experience as well.... I've had many purple buds over the years, very rarely do I find one that really blows my mind....It seems that any strains that offer the possibility of green and colored pheno's, the green pheno is always more potent...color is nice for bag appeal, if that's one's thing...cheerz...
I always thought the purple was a result of some strains response to the cold.
Grow them Trop BX2 seeds i sent, id bet you get a purple pheno with loud ass fruit terps.... that breeder actually isolated phenotypes. Out of around 16 times I've grown it, I've only seen 2 green phenos. All others were purple, terp monsters
We can grow that one next if you like. I’m gonna be honest, I’m not good with all that pheno PH brix CalMag breeding stuff. I just plant a seed and watch and wait.
I must say, when I get a purple, I do watching the colours. It’s like growing a rainbow.
I do not breed seeds; never had the amount of grow space to do it properly. I just rub elbows with folk who do because I got sick of growing the same homogeneous crap that large seedbanks were selling.
Breeding has nothing to do with PH, CalMag or Brix. It is more a science of chasing traits of certain plants that you want, and eliminating traits that you don't want.

I’ve watched a few people here make them. It’s super amazing. They shake off the plant man spoof, then shake it on the female and seeds come.I would thinkit’s a lot easier too, unless you’re just wanting to learn how. CL
Think about it like parents having babies.... the baby will carry traits of each parent.
