Haha what a trooper. Hes already got a monster job on his hands and hes asking for more. Go on troy!
Truly impressive! Love your photos, keep em' coming!
Mrs G - Day 89 is really putting on the fluff. That is one of the main characteristics of Auto Ultimate. I was surprised that Olga really never put on the heavy fluff display.
I try to take a picture of this same Cola daily for monitoring purposes. She really fluffed up over night.
She is about the same as my think different in regards to timing.. 105+ days so far and mine is still not done! Looks great though brother!
That's fantastic!
Buying more jars is a great expense!
That is very impressive! Great work!May 4, 2018 - Harvest of Olga continues. So far I have dried and jarred 10 ounces and I have the remainder of the plant below to ripen up and complete the harvest.
Hey Troy, I've noticed in your pics that you get some burnt tips, but never really seem to mention it or worry about it.
At what point do you back the nutrients off? As soon as you see some colour? Or do you ignore it for the most part?
I only ask because I'm in week 5 of flower and have just started to see signs of discolored tips, and wasn't sure if i should leave as is, flush, or simply start lighter feeds until progression stops.
That is very impressive! Great work!
Love hearing buds ping around the glass. Four times I've grown the same plant this is the first time I got nugs!! The cure....I'm not the best at it some jars get a faint mildew smell some dry out perfect and smell awesome. Some...stay like mowed grass lol.
Can't wait to get all the same results across the board.
Best of cure to you friend!
I'll also ask any of the other great growers who have been so good to follow along and give advise to weigh in on this one.
I've really not been too concerned about the very tips burning as long as it doesn't spread. I do have a tendency of dialing back my ppm if I notice it. I try to keep my ppm at about 800-850 and even at this level some of my plants are sensitive to nutrients and exhibit some tip burning.
On my current grow I have an automatic watering system so it is not possible to avoid a sensitive plant from getting some tip burn because all plants are getting the same dosage.
I think I may have also picked up some tip burn by adding Big Bud to the mix once the plants shifted to bloom. After I first noticed it I dialed back the Big Bud.
For the most part I just use tip burn as a barometer and just ignore it. Having said that I have one of my new girls, a Durbin Poison, that is very sensitive to nutrients. She has shown signs of more than just tip burn and had browning along the complete edges of some leaves. I have flushed her and now mixing up a really weak solution just for her. I wish I understood it better as her sister doesn't show the same signs.
