Transition into flower slowly?

Is it best to slowly go to 12/12? If so by how much? Hour a day? More? Less?

Or should I just go 12/12?

some probably do the gradual thing. But I think most people who do the 12/12 thing. I know I do

I honestly don’t see any benefits for doing a gradual time change to 12/12. It usually takes 3-5 days of 12-12 to trigger flowering anyways, so jump right into it, it’s not going to harm anything
