You don’t have to uppot but a bigger container of soil will benefit her yields. On autos you can get by with smaller like 3 or 5 gallon but for photos I want at least 7.5 gallons but I’d prefer 10‘s or 12’s.

Well today it is pouring with rain, so I jinxed myself.
Oh and I really don’t have a very big backyard either.

I hope so.Wow an outside pool! At this time of the year?
it’s blizzarding outside right now with about 6 inches of snow on the ground with more to come!
Plants will bounce back and look stronger then ever!!
Wrap some scotch tape around the bend. Take an old dry stem off an old plant you’ve saved and tape it in between for extra strength if needed.broke a main stem
that's true, you probably will also notice bigger yield on that particular branchWrap some scotch tape around the bend. Take an old dry stem off an old plant you’ve saved and tape it in between for extra strength if needed.
It couldn’t be saved. It was hanging on by a thread.Wrap some scotch tape around the bend. Take an old dry stem off an old plant you’ve saved and tape it in between for extra strength if needed.
Prolly a good thing you cleared that up tbh.lol, but don't go breaking branches just to get bigger yield. There is other techniques for that
OMG thank you so much for taking the time to help meA couple of things Trala when training. As the plant grows you need to move the ties up toward the newest nodes. You have a lot of stress on the main branches. Looking at the below pic, you should move that purple tickler to the left, near the base of that new node growing. You want to use the flexible part of the plant.
When you topped your plant you left very little stem above the 'V'. You want to leave about 1/2"-3/4" of stem after the top. This takes the stress off the center of the stalk and helps prevent those main branches from snapping.
That should help a bit next time.
Me right at this minute! You'll do great Trala. How are your plants doing?
