Trala’s Tent

I'd go with option "B" - that way the plants in the middle can share the light a little bit...

I'm not sure about the humidity- I can't adjust mine, so I just have to go with the ambient...
I think you'd be safe at 60%, but I'm not sure- mine never goes above 50%,so I'm just guessing...
Thank you :)

Then that’s exactly what I’ll do.

Im going to sort the flower room tomoz and flower tomorrow arvo.

I get so nexcited (nervous excited) when I flower. OMG I‘ll have an empty veg tent. It’s been so long since I’ve not had baby plants trying to grow. I’m not sure how I feel about it. I love the baby MJ more than flower I think.

Prolly coz the motherfuckers are so heavy to heave in and out of the flower tent.

Hope you’re having a happy Saturday. And pass on my best to the fruit of your loins. I miss him.

Happy Saturday Team :)

@HashGirl I got a pic at the summit of the mountain I slayed. I am soooo giggly typing summit. I sound like I just climbed Everest (tho half way I fucking felt like I was).

The tip of that Ocean horizon shot is where I was Thursday or when ever it was, I was at the farest point to the right, omg how is farest not a word? So should be. I am giving the illusion I live in paradise and it’s not quite true. I live in shit town. I have to drive 30 mins to get to paradise. Both those spots are approx half hour from me.

Hope you are having the best Saturday :)

Speaking of flowering- tonight's the first night of 12/12 for my Gorilla Glue, so we're on the same schedule...
So, if you forget when you flipped to flower, you can just ask me... :)

I am, I will, and he misses you too:love:

Gorgeous! I'm especially impressed with how you managed to get a pic of yourself facing away. :laughtwo:

So giggglyyyyyyyy

The hardest part for me was the camera timer. As we know, I struggle with them. I set it for an hour so I could prepare my chin up, far away expression, stomach in, cellulitic back fat held, pony tailed fluffed posterior facing selfie stance.

Worst part was all the other narcissistic selfie obsessed fucktards wanting their turn to take a summit shot yelling at me to hurry up.

:laughtwo: :laughtwo: :laughtwo:

Omg this is funny.

As I was going down the summit, I literally cant stop saying summit. I used to just say top, I should say descending the summit... anyhoo back to my story, there was a couple coming up, and I heard her say to her partner/friend that she needed the toilet. I told her not to worry there is a 7 11 at the top, which is an Australian connivence store, like as a joke, and she must have never climbed it before coz she looked at her friend and said something like “great we can get Gatorade..”

They walk among us people!

And @HashGirl i finally started your book last night. Loving it.

Can we be bookclub friends? I’ve always wanted to join a Bookclub and I joined this club online on Facebook a couple of years ago and I was so excited to read the book that was listed for that month because it was my fav author. The rules of this club was to start the book at the beginning of the month and review at the end. So I read the book. Fucking loved it. Carefully wrote my review. I was so eager mine was the first review talking about how much I loved it, that I could be friends with the lead character, that life is about temptation and blah blah, omg then the Bookclub people started reviewing.

”worst book”

”vapid lead character“

”couldn’t get through the first chapter’

They were all like what are super duperly educated people called apart from boring as fuck? What ever the word is they were that. I realised I was defs swimming in the wrong pond and pressed the ejector button. But I love talking books.

Edit: the word is academic

Ooh I’d do a book club. Weren’t you guys reading Harlen Coben? He’s excellent most of the time…

If we're starting a book club, we should start it in one of the off-topic forums (unless I can persuade you to use my off-topic thread: A Stoner's Random Thoughts for it?).

I've always wanted to be in a book club, too but like you, I don't read a lot of "academic"/"literary" books as I find them much harder to read. I do like them, when I take the time but I like books that have a lot of character interaction and I find a lot of literary novels have way too much description. I did read Anna Karenina last summer because our library was closed because of the pandemic and it was one that I owned but had never read and I loved it but it took far too long to read (10 days). Normally, it takes me 2 to 3 days to read a book.

I wish you lived closer. I think you would be a lot of fun to hang with. :hugs:

I'm cool with it as long as you don't mind reading books that women like. I suspect mysteries and suspense are pretty good for all sexes but I was thinking about introducing Tra to the Black Brotherhood series that starts with the title, "Dark Lover" by J.R. Ward. I think she'd really like it.

FYI - It's romantic suspense with hot vampires. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Yeah, sounds like the stuff my sister reads. Let me know when you come around to the mysteries and suspense. Did you say you like historical fiction?

HashGirl I think that would be fab. I think your thread would be perfect.

I am a slow reader so monthly reviews would be good for me. Start book at beginning of the month, review at the end like the Facebook page. Anyone who joins us gets to pick a book. You go first, then DB, then me and so on.

I will read this book quickly, well in 2 weeks. We can start the first day of Spring 1st September :)

Hashgirl while you are not old enough to be my mum by a long shot (unless you’re southern and had me at 13, not a sledge either, I am from the Australian south, my first pregnancy was at 16) I have serious Mummy issues. I am so drawn to older wiser women. And I’m so glad you kinda get me.

I need to be honest. I don’t think I like romance suspense with vampires HG.

I think we should pick books we all sort of agree on. Let’s take this to your thread and we can work out a book list. I think this could be really fun.

Days in Veg = 96

This plant is amazing. The pictures don’t do her justice. She is the clone I am most excited about. @Carcass look at that canopy! She is so beautiful.

The colour of all plants is breathtaking. Just breathtaking. They look so healthy. Shiny leaves beautiful shade of green. Thankfully the clones have shown no adverse reactions to the nursery soil, in fact their growth has exploded.

The clones drink 2L per day and the flowerers drink 4L.

And now I get to my problem. The flower room. I quite simply don’t have enough light space. I can’t fit them all under the light. It’s impossible. I tried all different ways. Two are always going to miss out on the best light. I have chosen to rotate the normal clones in the shittiest light spots. I have made Kimee a built up shoe and she is 37cm from the light and she will always have the best seat because I want her to reach her full potential, and I’ll rotate Halle and WillE who are in the next two best spots.

I really need to think about a bigger light. Should I lower the light more? The problem is the lower the light gets, the less light it throws if you know what I mean.

Good morning, Tra. Your ladies are looking lush and green this morning. You should check out the sponsor pages. You can get a decent light for under $500. ViparSpectra has a view deals for lights that are $199. Here's the link to that forum:

Happy Sunday, Trala!
Hey, how many hours of light do they get out by the pool?
6 or 8 hours of good (direct) sun is all that's really needed to grow nice, healthy plants...
Even in the shade or overcast, the lux (light intensity) outdoors is often higher than inside, under artificial light.
So ,the supplemental light you're giving them (or trying to give them) may not actually be necessary...
Something to think about...

Good morning Hashgirl :)

I’m just not sure if I need another.

Thank you. I’ll have a look.

I have ruined this day.

My brain: Boyfriends back at work, day to myself, no people, no talking, yeahhhh boiiiii
My fingers in Facebook group chat: Do you all want to come to mine for morning tea tomorrow? I’ll make scones

Ive been up since 0600 making scones and setting my table like the fucking queen herself is coming!

Hello C Horse :)

Good light - solid skin cancer causing light 6 hours.

I have seen a great improvement in plant quality with Halle and WillE having that 3 hour top up light. Or maybe it’s the Tega Btop *tap nose*
