I go by puffballs. Lol
No. I just add two weeks or judge by my own arbitrary standards for flower maturity and they usually are on schedule.
I was really close on my harvest times last round.
I read quite awile ago from an ask a breeder article that breeders usually omit about two weeks from their recommended times. They don't count flowering transition. This is why breeder times can seem off.
I can try to find that little snippet. Don't know how difficult it will be to find though. May take some digging later.
Too tired to go digging right now. Had about 3 hrs again last night.

I wonder how that translates to autos? Mine (this time around) seem to be taking an extra 3 or 4 weeks, I suppose autos are harder to gage. Lol, it sounds like justification for a sales strategy to me, but I’m critical like that. ;)

I will say that as the audience, it makes it a little easier to track from flip day, for timeline’s sake. More so for during veg though, I remember reading through Ase’s quad journal to learn the training and when he was doing certain techniques; it made it really confusing because he counts the first week as a ‘seedling’ stage, then starts counting veg at week 1. So when I went back to reference, I thought my plants were so small compared to his and wondered what the heck I was doing wrong. Anyhow, that’s the end of my wake and bake ramble. ;)

I don't count flowering days with autos. Most of mine were listed in days to harvest, so that gave me an idea as to how long they might go.
 
I gotta stay away from that MC thread. Stupidity abounds. Finding it too difficult to keep my opinion locked down. Almost ripped into the vagina guy. Was going to offer the princess some pain cream and point out the difference between a vulva and a vagina. Men are sometimes confused by the location of these.
I may be in a bad mood today aside from this.......

I'm with you. I don't think I have anything to offer, as whatever I post will be contradicted by someone who doesn't know what they're talking about. Especially since apparently no one has just used MC to finish a grow.

I thought that part was funny. What a load.
Also can't use other peoples' grows as a comparison to your own to prove your non-point. This is just beyond goofy and zero scientists would consider it proof of anything. That isn't how they do things. They have controlled studies. You know, to show something called proof.
Can't compare grows. Different...everything, including strains.

Fine...you wanna play it like that? Your buds are going to be compared to my Blue Shark then. Fine by me. I expect a vast improvement on size.
I'll wait patiently.
