Nice buds, great harvest. Well, I think it's bit too much defoil but then I did not really ever compared the results wit more and less leaves.
I say leave as much as possible. I got rid of all the tiny buds and branches.

Hello forum members and visitors!
So update is here. I've done last major trimming, removing all the tiny buds and few branches. The small girls have been all topped to their second nodes. The smell from the big girl is phenomenal it's so sweet I love it. I've tasted bud or two and the sweetness was even there on my tongue. The photos were made using phone, so they're not the best quality. Enjoy!

Thank you everyone, have a good day and happy growing! :Namaste:

Hello! I was wondering why some leaves are oddly discolored, not following the standard classification of nutrient deficiencies as only half of the leaf tip was yellow and all the new and even the oldest leaves are all nice and green. So I have found it can be some virus tied to the thrips. I dunno if there are any more of them in the pot as it is hard to see/get in there, I haven't seen anything on the leaves. I think dusting the lower part of the plant and soil surface with diatomaceous earth will make sure they are gone for good. Or it can be variegation that sometimes occurs on the leaves. The plant itself looks very healthy, when I cut some of the smaller stems off I had to use great force even with very sharp (new) scissors. She is one sturdy girl. The small one will get the protective layer of DE as well. They stretch more than with the big light, I might put it even lower. Have a good one everybody and happy growing! :Namaste:

Hello my friends,
next update is here after a pause I was busy and sick. So let's get to it right now. I will be putting the girls in rounds, first will be Shark Shock and one of the Herers, basically the biggest plants from the 4. After that Blue Dream and second Herer, which will be pretty big by the time. So far so good, no problems with them apart from more stretching which I'll deal with via training. And some odd growth by the BD. The big girl is in middle of flower, so backbuilding was done on her. She was little burned by the light on few leaves or so it seems. And now the photos. There is lack of focus in some, it was quick operation and I did not inspect the photos right away. Thank you:

Very nice, very nice indeed, senpai :bravo:

Thank you all for your kind words. I will do update, unfortunately without photos as my camera is in the shop getting fixed what the shop broke. Well, the small girls are all on 4 tops going for 8. Except the Blue Dream which my friend topped one node too soon and there was no side branch on one node, so it has 3 tops. The Shark Shock and one of the Herers are growing vigorously and will be the next ones to go in tent. The second Herer with the BD will come second with 16/12 tops. I've put a pair of CFLs in the flower room to add some more light in. The trichs on the big girl are mostly milky with some clear and no amber, so I will w8 few days up to a week. We will also repair the room those are in as it's pretty cold in there. The veg room deff needs more blue light so we will work on that in the future. The smartpots are on their way to be made, we have a prototype and it holds together nicely. We need PP thread, but for now it is held together by cotton. The future ones will be properly made, with intention to sell them as we can make them 60% cheaper than some shops sell them. Ollas will be used with BD and Herer. So far so good apart from few light burned leaves on the big girl. She smells amazing. I wish I could send smell sample. I wish you all great day. Have fun, keep it green! Thank you! :Namaste:

I gotta say I have been envious all the way along this grow about just how beautiful your big girl looks. The fans, the super fat and frosty sugar leaves, the buds, all gorgeous! :bravo:When are you thinking about harvesting?

Thank you man, yours are awesome too! This strain is really icy no doubt but I still prefer to have more CBD in the mix. Do not get me wrong I think this is exceptional smoke as for the fruity sweet taste. The oil from this one will be killing it. I think I will harvest when there are about 30% amber, put her to 2-3 days sleep and then cut her. The pots are looking good and we will plant next seedlings to big containers straight away I'm no fan of re-potting especially with smart pots. I mean they will be put into small pot, then I will prepare the big pot, spread their roots from the small pot so they start their roots wide and I think it will do great. The smaller girls are already growing roots out of the pots, haha. Great day to you! :Namaste:

:goodjob: I have smell tooo loving it

Wait before they are more matured the smell will change a bit, I mean when she started to flower she smelled like turpentine with manure traces but now it is sweetness gracious! And sticky as glue. Great combination! :Namaste:

Ok, so my camera is still in repair. She did not changed that much since the last photos. She bulked just a bit but because the backbuilding was 2 weeks late. Nevertheless the trichs are mostly cloudy with hints of amber thus I've put her to 2 day long night and the harvest is gonna be on Wednesday afternoon. I will scramble some camera by then and there will be harvest photos. I'll put her in cardboard box and hung high in the tent where it is warm. I hope they will dry in a week so they could be put into jars and begin their curing. AS for the small girls. All have 8 tops in place except for the Blue Dream with 6. So far so good, colors are great, no pests. Thank you for your patience and have a nice day! :Namaste:

Happy Harvest Tomula!

Thank you. Do you trim right after harvest or some time later, last time I did trim right before putting the girl in jars. Have a good one! :Namaste:

Nice frosty girls. They look like a pretty easy trim too. I prefer trimming at chop while the plant is fresh. It is much harder once it goes limp after a day or so. It's hard to trim after dry without messing some of the buds up in my experience. Your girls are so frosty that I would leave most of the sugar leaves on and just remove the any ugly ones. :) There is really no "wrong" way. Whatever fits your style and preference.

Very nice grow :thumb:
