Brother if you want to do this properly, you need a PH meter and some PH Up/Down. Keep your eye on craigs list or ebay for a cheap but good full spectrum led (less heat) that you can hang. I'd guess 300 watt from your pic. I'll bet you can get a good used one for $25-$50.

You need to exchange the air, so you need ventilation and a fan(s). At some point the smell will be an issue. Is that going to be a problem?

Other things like soil type and nutrients are pretty secondary. You may have to chalk these guys up to experience (not yet), but it's not a failure. You got them this far with little knowledge or tools.

i wouldnt leave standing water/droplets on your plants when the lights are on they can burn, only every spray your plants when the lights go off.
 
I have a question i have on pot its smaller in height but wide and my other one is tall wide but anywaus what is the minimum of depth of soil fornyour plant's
