Hey Thsea! Those B12 shots sound like they really work! I have had less energy too lately. The heat really drains me. I just checked online and notice B12 vials for injection available at all major buy sites.
Are you aware of these brands. I am thinking about trying this out too.

Well, the products your showing... These aren't what Queeny and I are talking about... If you notice, they are flavored! Why would that matter for subcutaneous injection?Be careful CF!! Honestly, if your GI tract is fine and dandy... Just adding more B-12 to your diet/ vitamins will probably help. BTW, I read up and it has cobalt in it... Which is why its red naturally

If you have a journal I'll stop by in a bit... So far the Kona Coffee #3 (from test samples) seems pretty good. Very mellow, and puts you in a nice happy place.

Maybe you can answer this question for me, why did my doctor ask me if I eat a lot of red meat. Does red meat contain b12? I do eat a lot of red meat along with some chicken. I don't like fish but do eat shrimp from time to time.

Hm... Certain cuts contain more, but red meat is generally considered to be a good source of b-12 by itself. He was probably trying to gauge the amount in your diet, if you are deficient and have proper intake... Prepare the needle! I've been feeling sluggish even with the shots... So there maybe more doctor visits in my future.

Hey there THsea! I know why the flavoring is in the B12 injections. The flavoring comes though your taste buds. Some people have had bad reactions to the taste of regular B12. Google is my best friend!!
I still have not gotten any. However, if my energy does not pick up I will. This heat and humidity are really making me a cave dweller!
I hope you figure out why you are so tired. Too bad the B12 doesn't seem to help.

Sandy Beach sounds fun. Our beaches are kinda boring. No big waves in the Gulf of Mexico! Now over in South Beach the view is nice. Beautiful topless women everywhere. No need for B12 when there are a lot of topless women around. That alone is enough to give me energy!! LoL!

I don't know how much I am absorbing but it couldn't have been much because I was always feeling worn out. I would also sleep a lot too, about 9-12 hours. But since I have gotten the shot, I don't feel tired at all. I wonder how true it is about weight loss while taking the b12 shots. I could stand to lose a few pounds. Nice video about the cat, Kharma does that too with my bf except he jumps up on his shoulders then climbs on top the door. Usually the door in my bedroom and when he is ready he jumps down on the bed. And I thought only my cat knew that trick...lol...

Our Ladies on the beach tend more to be bottomless .....just a very thin piece of cloth!
