Hey Krunkle, the fun is just starting, you're gonna enjoy watching the plants reach for the sky. Unless you keep a log, I don't know how to tell one seed from another. Comparing the finished plants to known photographs of the suspect strain might help. Most vendors post pictures of the finishing flowers. Although seeds may look different, after planted, I don't know!

Well, here’s where we stand. Trying my hand at training. I angled the lights in order to train all three plants at the angel of the tall plant. I’m going to net it and do an angular screen. The idea is not to stress the main stem, or any stem for that matter. This is a bastardized idea mixing scrog and super crop. This is will essentially be a 45 degree grow. If this works you could stack your plants and make better use of space. I added the foil to stimulate growth on the “dark side” of the 2 short ones. I moved one fan to the floor to force cool air up and hot air out. I changed direction of the other fan for that purpose.

let’s see if the temp avg goes down and let’s see what soil level intensity does and let’s see if this ups my yield.

Here we are 5 days after starting training the tall one (squirt). Today I used skewers to open up “First time” and then also to start “mopey” leaning the way I want it to go.

Just for reference... It shot up 9” in 5 days. I’m not thinking yield should be effected like I originally worried about.

I put this poor auto (supposed to be photo) through hell, I can’t believe it’s doing so well. Btw I have a suspicion it’s the Maui strain, but there’s no way to know until my second grow. (As long as I don’t mix the damn seeds up again.)

They love life the way I have the lights setup.

my temperature averages and humidity have gone down with the fans placed differently. And now there are way less up and down extremes.

Also, I found a mystery seed I had from some med dispensary stuff. I think it may have been Larry OG not sure, but I know it’s an indica heavy strain.

I Just realized, I cut it 3 times.

‘cause math... 1 cut, equals 2 branches.

second top/cut equals (plural. IE- 2 more cuts equals?) =2x2

I was at 4 at that point. I cut ‘em bitches again...

So, I cut 1 spot.. then, I cut 2 spots.. then, I cut 4 spots.. That is equal to 8. It’s a 1:2 ratio output in my mind.

That’s how i cut ‘em. I’ll cut you too, if it doubles your grow knowledge/brain stem. (Why? ‘Cause I’m a leech on your brain. And when I bud and cut, and cure...) At that point I’m out. I’ll continue to live a quiet peaceful/fulfilled life.

Anyhow, I digress.

Yes in that photo I can see them! On my fist grow, It's first sign of flower was the time I started getting serious about this new hobby (only 2 years), so I'm nobody to ask advice. Especially since I use DWC buckets in a Bubbleponic setup. and they've all been healthy and fruitful. Just harvested 3 autoflower at = 2 ounces each, finished and cured... Hydroponics growing in a small 4ft closet. They were all different strains however, they were germed and planted at the exact same time. They flowered at the same time but were harvested about 10 apart. The last one was only last because, "I almost killed it"!

My investment in hardware and goods is about 1K over 2 years.

Good luck and hope you find an expert mentor, Im old and dumb and really unscientific.!

Well, I'm a 65yo "man". A disabled and handicapped Vietnam veteran.



In the 70's I was a pothead (and occasionally other drugs. Once while taking LSD 1976 (at 21yo), I came 1/16 of an inch from accidentally murdering a friend by goofing around with a high powered rifle. I somehow didn't pull the trigger and quickly found the gun was loaded.!!!!!

I immediately quit drugs; and only since 2017 after my wife passed away, I became a legal Michign medical user. So 1 year later I figured out that I can grow my own in my home for about 10$ to 20$ per ounce Including chemicals and energy. Ive never seen a dispensary since.

In the past 2 years I've never been without a stash of kickass home grown.

I am, at present, holding 4 differ strains in my stash. And in about 3 months, I'll have maybe 3 more autoflower and in another 2 or 3 months, I'll be having 2 more photoperiod to add. I have 3 more Chemdog #3 (very potent) seeds and 5 Mouie Woui seeds to work with. I haven't had Mouie Woui since the 70's.

I really want to contain my email & internet regarding my drug use private. I'm old, alone, sick, weak and vulnerable. My living situation prevents me from trusting strangers or internet acquaintances. If I were you, I would be careful. Especially if weed is not legal in your state? Michigan is legal HOWEVER nobody is even legal to SMOKE WEED if you live in a home with $1 of federal funding in any state!!!...

btw. I appreciate your willingness to join our military. You guys are saints, having to put up with the whims of politicians. And you may or may not be sent off to die in another meaningless “righteous” war.

I completely appreciate only wanting to correspond through here. Just not sure how anonymous this whole setup is. I like the positivity thing, but sometimes when a system is set up like a popularity contest average growers may not get an answer to a question. I’d like to see some way to anonymously get instant contact from a few trusted growers, and not have to read through hours of literature to answer a question.

that’s along the lines of what I was getting at with the email thing. I’m not sure how easy it would be to discuss the benefits or downsides of my idea on a forum...

Just harvested 3 autoflower that gave me 6 ounces dried. Until my new batch of autoflowering gets here, my room is empty. Then I plan on 2 auto and 2 photo. My comming seeds are called "SuperBud" start to finish in about 8 weeks and they claim they grow shorter but not crazy bushy.

I also am trying to setup one of those fabric, portable Wardrobe closets for the autoflower grows. I'm a master of maguiverig Bubbleponic growrooms setups. Only with the help of my 420 friends in here, I can't fail!!!
